A pure chocolate indulgence, a place for the whole family, kids love this place, even the adults. They serve some amazing crepes, filled with stuffing an more loaded with while and mill chocolate.. Their milkshakes are heavy and so sweet. They have made the place child friendly, they love to keep coming back. They have a 50% off during off peak time. You won't get tired of visiting them anytime.

Had a great experience at ChocoMonarch 🍫 Tried their chocolate crepe, hot chocolate, and milkshakes — everything tasted really good and the quality was amazing. The crepe was fresh and loaded with flavor, and the hot chocolate was rich and comforting. The milkshakes were creamy and refreshing as well. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided great service throughout the visit. They also have some amazing offers which make the experience even better. Definitely a nice spot for desserts and chocolate lovers in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Choco Monarch is a great place for dessert lovers. The ambience is modern yet comfortable, making it ideal for both casual visits and small gatherings. I tried a couple of their signature desserts and they were delicious, fresh, flavorful, well-balanced, nicely presented, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. There’s a nice variety on the menu, so it’s easy to find something whether you prefer something rich and indulgent or lighter and refreshing. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. I’d happily come back again to try more items from the menu. Thank you.

I visited Choco Monarch at Al Ghurair to try their promotional item and ordered the Fruit Crepe. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was not attentive, and the staff did not seem focused on assisting customers properly. It took a while to get attention, which affected the overall dining experience. The Fruit Crepe was decent, but the customer service needs improvement, especially during promotional offers when more guests are expected.

I tried their waffle, originally AED 20 but thanks to an ongoing offer, I got it for just AED 10 — total win. The portion was generous, easily enough for two people. It tasted amazing — perfectly crisp outside, soft inside, and just the right hit of chocolate. They offer two versions: one with fruits and one without (I went for [insert your choice here — fruit/no fruit]). The sitting area had a nice lively vibe, the staff were warm, respectful, and made me feel welcome. Also, barely any waiting time — which is rare for dessert cafés during busy hours. All in all, a great experience. Quality, price, and service all spot-on. Definitely worth a repeat visit. 🍫🧇

When I went to restaurant and asked for happy hours they mentioned till 3 we have happy hours , but nowhere it’s not mentioned 1 person can take only 1 items it’s shareable based on how much a person can have as we cannot take and waste the food. when I asked they told that there should be minimum order for them to provide this service which I never came across earlier till date as am coming here often alone which when I disagreed with this verbal condition there started acting wired but they gave me the order but again I asked for cutlery they acted so weird am mentioned per desert only 1 cutlery will be provided when I had argument with them and told them am not taking this cutlery home then then gave me other cutlery it very weird and insulting behavior form staff, highly discouraged.

They have offer for 10AED from 10am - 3pm which is unbelievable for the mouth watering tasty desserts. Tried their choco waffle and crepe monarch which is 10/10.

It sounds amazing and looks amazing but sadly that's it.. We went as a family and we each picked a milkshake and either a crepe or waffle monarch (with fruit) and chocolate. The waffle was very dense and not very hot, the crepes seemed much more fresh. The chocolate looked beautiful on top and was tasty. The milkshakes were a huge miss, 2 of us had the banana and 2 of us had the Monster (which is just a chocolate shake with cookies on top). The milkshakes were warm and runny with not thickness to them. We saw them add the banana powder when making and that had us concerned already and not sure if they added any ice-cream or ice to it. The others weren't much better. We finished with 2 Spiced Lattes which were pretty good (and better than everything else we had). Service was just OK, not very inviting and quite slow.

We tried there special deserts and we feel everything was same . The difference where only in its appearance. Recommended for One time dining with friends . not alone😁

Very satisfied with the food especially the service of the staff named JEAL, she was smiling and giving a warm greeting and most especially during taking my order. 5 star for JEAL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Its a nice spot for trying chocolate dishes . More than tht those kids who dnt even eat fruits will learn to eat fruits after this. Must try there shakes and waffers. Need to explore there menu more. Happy hours thts there main highlight every day 10 to 3 happy hour so must visit and must try.

We had a disappointing experience with one of the Filipino staff members at Al Gurair during Student Friday. When we asked about taking leftover food, we were told there would be a 5 AED charge. We politely asked what the charge was for, and the staff member responded rudely, saying it was because we availed the promotion. We understand if the fee is for packaging, but the explanation and tone were not appropriate—especially in front of our children. This is actually the second time we’ve experienced rude behavior from the same staff member. We’ve enjoyed visiting before, but experiences like this make us reconsider coming back. We hope management can address staff customer service, as courtesy and clear communication are very important.

Had a delightful experience at The Choco Monarch in Al Ghurair Center! The desserts were heavenly – perfectly drizzled waffles with chocolate and ice cream that tasted amazing. The strawberry banana shake was refreshing and paired well with the sweet treats. Special thanks to Miss Zin for her excellent service and friendly attitude, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
