The Chocolate Room in Ahmedabad is my absolute go-to spot! The ambiance is fantastic – it's always a great place to chill and catch up with friends. I've been there many times, and it's consistently a lovely experience. Highly recommend it!

Onw of the worst TCR outlets i’ve ever been to! First thing that it is so dmall and congested…. Then yesterday when me and my friends went there, the A/C wasn’t working! So they were keeping the main door open! In such diwali night atmosphere, how smoggy it would get coz of the smoke from crackers…. And the guy on reception was noncourteous about it and gave just one line answer that repair guy isn’t available! All n all there are so many other outlets of chocolate room, I’d advise you to go any of them and avoid this one!

We recently visited The Chocolate Room and had a wonderful time. We ordered lasagna, pizza, and their signature brownie — and everything was absolutely delicious! The lasagna was rich and perfectly baked, the pizza was loaded with flavor, and the brownie... oh wow, it was pure heaven! Soft, gooey, and irresistibly chocolatey — definitely the highlight of our meal. The ambience of the place is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed outing. The staff were polite and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re a chocolate lover or just looking for a tasty meal in a great setting!

AC was not on. Small place, poor sitting arrangement. One can walk through this room and enter the car showroom - no privacy.

Amazing experience overall , not too expensive and worth every penny , went today for the first time , will surely visit soon. Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake is a must have.

5 stars for the cozy ambiance. Products are as good as any other chocolate room. Ps. I dont know why, but my dark hot chocolate take away overshoot due to steam inside and I my hands burnt. So pls be careful while taking dark hot chocolate as takeaway.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to this restaurant was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we walked in, things went downhill fast. The ambience was completely uninviting — poorly lit, unclean tables, and an overall neglected vibe that made us uncomfortable right away. Overall, it was a pathetic experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. There are plenty of better places around — do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

We went at closing time. They helped a lot and arranged for birthday quickly.

I came here to celebrate my birthday they reunioned my birthday. Their behavior towards customer is so bad should never visit again they literally argued with us that we can't cut the cake here , what is this policy called? I personally suggest you guys never ever visit their. Wrost service 🤮

Yesterday at 8 pm I had cake of the month wadi cake from chocolate room. Instead of giving me all the cakes that were lying below, they gave me the one that was lying alone on the top, He gave me that cake which would not have been sold. So it was not fresh at all. If I am paying as much as you say, then I am also entitled to fresh cake.

I recently visited The Chocolate Room Judges Bunglow and had a delightful experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a cozy dessert outing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our visit.

Extremely poor service , order is cancelled after 55 minutes with a reason they don’t have bread !! Masala chai was not served reason they are too busy so they cancelled the order !! No sorry face from the management . Server Gaurav was apologetic but he could not do anything to improve the situation .

In my opinion they serve the best espresso in town with high-end service to match. They are open earlier than any other coffee shop in town so if you like your coffee strong and early in the morning, stop be here and get it while it's hot (or cold if you prefer).

The cake was a really low quality. I ordered a tiramisu cake for my brother's birthday and the quality was really bad, the bread was stale and the frosting was really bad too. The whole birthday celebration got ruined. The brand did not live up to its name and I am really very disappointed!

Kitkat shake is really basic, no special ingredient, no special chocolate room effect for the price they charge - ~300. Just add milk, KitKat, shake it and serve it. No efforts put in on food. Nachos - cornitos, cheese - readymade available in the market. They charged us ~ 250 for opening the pack of nachos, opening the jar of cheese topping and spreading it on the top of nachos. That too not evenly. The nacho was 30 gms. Panini was pathetic, won't go into the details. Loved it, I guess?
