I really enjoy shopping at Choithrams. The quality of fresh fruits, vegetables, and meat is always good, and I love the variety of imported items. The store is neat, prices are reasonable, and the staff are polite and supportive. One of my favorite supermarkets

I have been a regular customer at this branch of Choithrams for years now. I just love the bread we get product of Veinna bakery. I was surprised today to get a baked slice bread like this. Any comments from management on this? The quality remains great but this ....

I went to bring back some childhood memories we used to come here a lot. As I grew older, we only visited when we were looking for items that other supermarkets didn’t have. Yesterday, after years of not going, I decided to visit again… but it felt normal, nothing special anymore. These days, all supermarkets seem to have the same products.

I have been there recently, it’s a big and inclusive supermarket BUT, 1- mist of the items are overpriced, 2- there are a lot of expired items in fridges among other products and there is a high chance of buying them. I bought water melon cubes and sweet melon cubes. I didn’t check the date, when i arrived home i didn’t check until iftar which i noticed the sour weird taste and i saw both are expired, i am not living nearby so i couldn’t return them. I believe the expired items must be removed n daily basis in a well organized store! 3- I selected few kiwi, when i wanted to pay i saw it is abnormally expensive then i figured out they chose wrong price for it! Although they changed it but you see, shopping there is not hassle free!

Today I remembered why I don't shop here anymore. They sell "freshly baked" bread that’s already 2-3 days old and they don't see the issue since it’s still within the expiry date. Today's bread even had mold on it.

The coziest supermarket is the entire UAE , friendly staff and highly recommended to go there

Awesome service from the minute I walked in the staff were kind and it was easy to find what I needed. Also there was no wait time to check out.

Very disappointed.the cashier is not friendly. We bought it coz it’s on sale but got surprised when I checked my receipt at home😠I thought it’s on sale like what is on the tag price but I paid the normal price..usually when I’m paying I always look at the monitor but that time the cashier I went on doesn’t have monitor.Please don’t be like that.In this difficult times every dirhams count.

طلبنا بالليل تونك وتر ١٢ علبة ولم يصلنا الا ٦ علب فقط وتم استقطاع مبلغ ١٢ علبة ورفض موظف شويترام اعادة المبلغ المتبقى بحجة ان طلبات اخذت المبلغ وترفض استرجاع المبلغ بحجة ان البضاعة غير متوفرة We placed an order at night for 12 cans of tonic water, but we only received 6 cans. The full amount for 12 cans was deducted. The Shwetram’s staff refused to refund the remaining amount, claiming that Talabat had taken the payment, while Talabat refused to process the refund on the grounds that the item was unavailable
