Chullu Kabab Sistani is a very famous place in Karachi, well-known for its authentic Iranian cuisines. Parking around the restaurant is quite difficult, but once you step inside, you immediately feel a sense of calm, as if you’ve left behind the fast-paced city life and entered a peaceful space. The ambiance is simple and old-fashioned. There is no music and no noise—just a quiet, classic setting that adds to the charm of the place. It truly feels like a restaurant from another era. As for the food, it was outstanding. We ordered Iranian rice with fish fry and mutton kebabs from the BBQ menu. The rice was of excellent quality, and the masala on the fish was perfectly balanced—not overpowering at all. The butter served with the rice paired beautifully, making the overall taste rich and flavorful. The mutton kebabs were also delicious—tender, well-cooked, and full of taste. Prices are very reasonable if you compare it with quality and quantity. There were no chilies or heavy spices; the food was light, subtle, and very refreshing. This is the kind of place you could easily visit 9-10 times a month without ever getting bored.

Beautiful restaurant with old school cultural vibe... Tried chullu kabab rice and kheer...it was well cooked and well served...It was delicious but spiceless, definitely not for Pakistani taste buds. Other items on the menu were also reasonable.

Very bad experience, very low quality food and also very low quantity special chullu kabab with rice to 1 person serving bhi nahi hoti upper se thanda khana or service to intihai sust 1 ghantay me khana ata hai or kuch order karo to 30 mints laga dete jab tk pichla order khatam hojata hai or tasteless food very disappointed isse acha banda kisi dhabay se khana khalay wo bhi lac darjay acha hoga...👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Very authentic Irani cuisine restaurant. One of my childhood favorite. This time I was visiting it after several years and it didn't disappoint. Ordered beef boti and beef kabab which were served with rice, fries and melted butter. Simple food, no unnecessary spices, no oil. And melted butter on top gives awesome taste. A must try if you want to eat something different than routine food.

no ac working nor fan was there also not working envirenmont was suffocating,, food was all cold, rice was also cold, chicken was chewy rubery dry and tastless even salt was not in it and i have been their past customer but quality dropped a lot, no taste and no quality highly disappinted my dinner ruined .. never going there any more i did complain they not even apologized

کھانا تقریباً کامل تھا۔ میں نے سلطانی چیلو کباب اور بختیاری چیلو کباب کا آرڈر دیا، کباب کا ذائقہ بہت اچھا تھا۔ صرف چاول تھوڑے ٹھنڈے تھے اور ایئر کنڈیشنر آن تھا اور ہر میز پر پنکھا تھا، اس لیے کھانا بالکل ٹھنڈا ہو گیا تھا اور جب میں نے چاولوں پر ڈالا تو مکھن بالکل نہیں پگھلا😢

Overall good food and good service. They are Iranian restaurant with standard menu, quality and quantity. Usually they have good range of Kabaas to try on top of simple rice and fries. Have a try and enjoy your meal within 1500 to 2000.

Highly note recommended for those how are food and teast lover. I ordered chullu kabab plater, (chullu kabab with rice and small butter pice shown in pictures) Low teast, I don't like to come again, if I take andy wala burger from stall it's better then in teast. Sitting area is good, they parked our vehicle in safe place and one person is always stand there to watch.. it's very appreciated and No ask for parking fee.

Went to chullu Kabab Sistani after hear so many mixed reviews. Ordered chullu kabab fish pulao red chicken karhai. Chullu Kabab was really tasty. Very good option for those who eat less r no spice kids enjoyed it fish pulao was also good but chullu kabab stole the show. Didn't like their red chicken karhai. it bit expensive as compared to other restaurants r even taste wise. No specific parking for ppl who visited restaurant. Parked my car road side on my own risk. Ambiance and hygiene wise just OK need to improved it as they are charging a ceeyg high price. Washroom was pathetic not clean. One thing which I want mention they don't take credit card only cash but charge 13% sale tax which is do numbri
