Update review as of Jan 2026 I have been happy with the doctor and consultation so far but an event that happened last week makes me want to add this review to mine. I was purchasing my prescription dosages and post billing, I was handed over a diary and a light routine easy as a compliment. I came home and when I checked the expiry of the compliment (light routine easy) package , I noticed it mentioned April of 2026. I wouldn't purchase any drug from a pharmacy that has a 4 month expiry date. When a customer is billing 3-4K for medicines and consultation, what makes the person in the counter think they can label a clearance product (due to expiry) as a compliment? Honesty works way better in customer retention. You can mention any day to a customer that a product is nearing expiry and we are doing a clearance or even offer it for a minimal price.I am sure customers will consider purchasing when they have experienced brand value. If the intention wasn't to give clearance products, then you can very well offer the same product which is manufactured recently and has a wider window /shelf life as complimentary. Kindly remember that the client / customer are educated and do understand things even if not explicitly conveyed. Experience regarding consultation -2025 Have consulted here twice so far and the best thing I appreciate is the how the brand and the folks working there make you feel. All my calls are responded to, requests are listened to carefully and responded to immediately. Special mention to Sandhya who helped me with my request . I was waiting for an out of stock product in the website for quite some time and then decided to reach the support team. They were quick to help me here. They found the product in stock in the physical store , merged it with my online order and shipped it immediately. No matter how many times you call and ask your queries , they help. Especially Sandhya. Thank you for getting my order on time and helping me with the process.

I’ve been using almost my entire skincare routine from Chosen —from the facewash, moisturiser, sunscreen to the retinol serum and I’m genuinely happy with all the products. My skin has shown really good improvement over time, especially with acne control. Their special light routine helped my acne a lot and made my skin feel much healthier. I've never purchased a product from this company (and certainly don't plan on it), but I've been having issues getting my email taken off the marketing communications list. The "unsubscribe" button embedded within each email is conveniently broken. I've contacted their official email and asked twice now to be taken off and have not received a single response.
