The Chow Republic (TCR) , Wakad

Chinese food was good. Their service was nice. They should include some more items in the menu such as Soya bean chilli, momos were listed in the menu but they did not started serving yet. They said momos will be starting soon. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend you to visit this place.

The lollipop masala dry was spicy, crispy and packed with flavor. The chicken chopper rice was loaded with minced chicken gravy and has bold indo chinese taste. Totally satisfying and worth every bite.

The Red Thai curry at the Chow Republic was surprisingly good! Its a newly opened eatery at wakad.The flavors were authentic and well-balanced, with just the right amount of spice. The vegetables and chicken were fresh, and the sauce was rich and creamy. Overall, it was a delightful dish worth trying again.

The flavors were vibrant and fresh, especially the Red Thai Curry, which was just perfect (A must try dish). Also don't forget to try their Shawarmas. A big shoutout to Saurabh and Abhi for opening this amazing cafe! Great ambiance , creating a perfect dining atmosphere. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. One of the best Chinese I have ever had in wakad. I had ordered their recommended chopper noodles (chicken) and peri peri shawarma. Their schezwan chutney was too good.

On rainy afternoon , it was a perfect bowl of Veg munchow soup. Soup was piping hot and perfect in terms of flavours. Also they added more veggies in it as per my liking. Would definitely recommend.

The pot rice was simply amazing. Good amount of sauce and chicken was tender . Quantity was sufficient for 2 ppl. Will definitely visit again.

If you’re craving flavorful Indian-Chinese food in Wakad, this place is a must-visit! I tried their chicken lollipop, Schezwan Fried rice and veg Manchurian - everything was spot on. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the portions were generous. Great value for money.

I love the chicken chilli and Schezwan chicken dry from this restaurant. Both are good starrers. Good balance of tender meet and fresh veggies in it. Sauces are flavourful and portion is sufficient for two. Fried Rice and Manchurian gravy was good. It's a small restaurant but with very good quality food.

It's a new brand of shawarma republic, they have introduced indo Chinese food under it. In starters we tried chicken Thai basil which was full of flavours , I like the zest of lemon in it. In main course we ordered chopper rice and burnt garlic noodles. Both were good in tatse and sufficient quantity for four of us. Definitely recommended for best Chinese food in waked.

Green and red thai curry are my favourite from this place. Perfectly paired with basil rice. Place is small but has variety of indo chinese dishes on menu. A must try for all chinese food lovers.

The best Chinese restaurant I've visited in Pune. Recommended Dishes: Chicken Lollipop (**Must have**) Perfectly crunchy and crispy from outside and soft texture from inside. Just melts in your mouth. Thai Curry (**Must have**) There are only a few restaurants in town that use lemongrass, coconut milk and Thai ginger in their curry. It has a smooth and creamy texture. So this is highly recommended. You can choose whether to have red or green Thai curry. Chicken Butter Garlic (**Must Have**) So this is a starter that many chinese restaurants don't have in their menu. Chicken tossed in a creamy and buttery white gravy is just match made in heaven. It is a little bit on a sweeter side but is worth trying.

The Chow Republic newly opened in Wakad serves delicious Chinese/Asian food. I tried Chicken Red Thai curry and it was amazing delicious. They have good variety of dishes and would definitely visit more to try those. Ended the meal with a blueberry cheesecake which tasted heavenly. Food is really amazing here. Hospitality was good. Airy outdoor seating. Clean and hygienic. Staff and owners are very friendly. Must try, highly recommended.

Tom kha Thai soup was awesome. Richness of coconut milk made it best. Fried portion was good and rice used was of good quality. On asking they said we use xxl basmati rice for all dishes. Love the food and quality.

Chinese food here is really good compared to other places in wakad. Chicken Lollipop masala dry was the best I ever had. Tripple rice was good in quantity and sufficient for two. Menu offers many options to choose from.

Momos are amazing. We got the chicken steamed momos. Very juicy, the skin is thin and the flavour is perfect. Good portion. We also had the shawarma bread. However the hygiene standard was disappointing. I saw the staff using his hand directly (no hand gloves) while making the food. It would be great if you can make it compulsory for the staff to wear hand gloves while handling any food items. The store owner is friendly and welcoming. The seating area is comfortable and pleasant. One question: the shop owner said that Momo will be served at 5:30pm but the opening hours is at 6:30pm. So which one is correct?

Their Schezwan chutney is a standout fiery , flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a smoky kick. Place is cozy with limited seats , great spot for a quick chinese cravings.

We had chicken chilli , chicken 65 and Manchurian fried rice. All dishes were really good in taste and quantity is also sufficient. Chicken was tender and sauces were flavourful. Best in wakad and nearby area.
