I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Chumbak — both with the product quality and the complete lack of customer support. I purchased the Begum Foot Rest (Order CB187682) and the product that arrived looked nothing like what was shown online. The colours were entirely different from the images on the website, and even the size and scale of the print were noticeably off. The product also took unusually long to dispatch, which made me believe it was being made with attention to detail — but the final item did not reflect that at all. I reached out to customer support immediately with photos, requesting a return and refund. I never received any resolution. To make matters worse, after using the footrest for only a few days, one of the legs broke. The stapling, materials, and overall finish appear very poor and not at all what I expected from a brand known for design and quality. What makes this even more disappointing is that Chumbak charges a premium for its products, yet in my experience the quality and after-sales service did not match the price point. For a premium brand, I expected far better craftsmanship, accountability, and responsiveness. I emailed again with photos and videos showing the damage — still no response. This entire experience, from inaccurate product representation to poor build quality to unresponsive customer service, has been incredibly discouraging. I hope this review helps future buyers make an informed decision.

Recently visited their store, it's a great concept to bring modernity and ethnicity together. They have a wide choices of products starting with key chains till furnitures. The price seemed slight a bit high rest. It's worth visiting their store once.

Their collection is impressive, especially for gifts but little expensive which will be worth buying. I had a great shopping experience, thanks to the salesperson who was super helpful and kind. He guided me in picking out the perfect product.

Absolutely atrocious customer case. Sold me a defective bench which does not fit on the stand. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with their WhatsApp customer care. There is no person to speak to. Someone sends a msg back once a day we will assign a technician and that never happens. I would understand the impression the brand is good. Don’t be fooled.

A typical Chumbak store unique and quirky items. But 2 level so has good collection. While I personally love Chumbak but this ratings are for staff who was willing to help and guide in helping you make the right choice. Kudos people.

They hit a masterstroke by producing the indigenous Indian art but with a touch of professionalism. The degin of products is highly vivid and would distinguish among most things. This said the fashion items can give you a distinct look when paired with good outfit. The store has options in watches, Storage Jars, Wallets, Bags, mugs, fridge stickers, pillow covers and footwear. The staff assist wonderfully. The esthetic ambiance would make you wao as you step inside. Although the quality of the products is average compared to the price tag, but these items are meant for sophisticated usage. Another wonderful thing about them is the packaging follows their theme and the paper bag or containers are bonus while you purchase any item. Located on the CMH road, close to Matteo cafe.

I went for first time . You hv lovely collection of stuffs. I regularly buy most of my stuffs from this store. I love every collection of this store. Especially the bag's nd purses i did love the bag which I picked up today . It is just want I was looking for in this bag nd glad i picked this one as could keep so many things which i need .

A very colour full and lively place. You would be tempted to catch a photo graph of almost every piece. Regular stuff but with a innovative and artistic touch. Quite expensive though. You pay for the creativity and artistic touch.

CHUMBAK DESIGN TEAM do a great job to refine the interesting designs of interiors and products. I have few of the products picture as they didn’t allowed to take snaps of all the products. Their products are reasonable enough as they are patent and designed entirely by their team. Also they have many branches all over the Bangalore to incite you. So go and have a look

Just visited, it was one of the best store, comparing with the other chumbak Store in Bangalore I just wanted to appreciate Mr Manoj for is help so that I could grab the things I wanted and he was very kind and well educated about the product definitely visiting again👍🏾

The collection of items were good. The store has now upto 50% offers on limited items but i did not find anything good. Few decorative items were good. It’s expensive for the items displayed. The staffs were good.

Disappointing experience! Their videos are attractive, but customer service is non-existent. No email/WhatsApp responses, no refunds, and no updates. Worst company! They take your money without delivering or refunding. I've been chasing them, and now I've filed a consumer court complaint. Don't fall for their cute videos - it's just marketing!

Be aware of getting fooled especially during their flat 50% off and 60% off sales. They will easily handover the product which is completely damaged and not at all in a good condition. Check thoroughly before buying their expensive items. In the name of clearance, they will even clear off the prodcuts which are damaged and torn. Never trust this brand blindly. One experience has taught me of not buying the products from their sale. NEVER EVER DO THAT MISTAKE!!!!!

Chumbak used to have bold colors and clever Indian prints. It was a breath of fresh air we adored it. Now the brand is just like any other brand with floral prints in muted colors. Not distinctly Indian prints either anymore. Sad. Three stars only because the store staff were good.

I recently purchased a three-seater sofa along with two matching single-seater armchairs from your store. 1. Upon visiting your store, I specifically opted for a product in a complete blue color palette. However, the item I received has a noticeable green tint mixed in, which differs from what I had originally selected. This discrepancy has left me quite disappointed, as I was looking forward to the item matching my expectations. 2. Upon receiving the safa, I noticed that it is significantly inferior and substandard compared to the one displayed in your store. The difference in quality is quite striking, and I feel genuinely cheated as a customer who expected to receive what was showcased. I spent nearly 75K on a set of sofas, and I must say that the quality of the product does not meet the expectations I had based on your reputation. If I had encountered this product in-store, I would have reconsidered my decision to purchase it altogether.
