Our experience was really great. The Band of Faraj Hanna every thursday and the vibes were really amazing. The food and drinks were tasty. I recommend that you come on time in order to get your order before the place is crowded. Enjoy it the summer in Broumana!

An Amazing place to enjoy your unforgettable night life. We assisted to Pavo show and honestly was incredible! As per the food served is very tasty and fresh.

The overall atmosphere is nice and the music is great. Crowd is selective and of a certain age bracket above 30 for most. Food however is not that good and selection is limited.

Got told my party of 3 couldn’t sit at the bar for even 30min because the place is fully booked —- there was not one table filled at 9.30pm. The kicker: the attitude of the hostess was derogatory. Definitely spreading the word on this.

Our recent visit to Cicada Broumana was a letdown. We've been regulars every summer, but this time, the experience fell short. As a group of two couples, we ordered a bottle of whiskey, a bottle of wine, and four appetizers. However, the service was slow, with long waits for simple requests like ice and nuts. The furniture was also in disrepair, and we had to ask to change our chairs three times. But the biggest issue was the bill, which came out to a staggering $600. Upon reviewing the bill, we were shocked to see that we were charged for ice and nuts, among other things. The charges were excessive, with two small bowls of nuts costing $35. After we brought this to their attention, the bill was reduced to $500, but it still didn't seem justified. While the music and location were great, the overcharging and poor service overshadowed the positives. Unfortunately, this experience has made us decide not to return. I certainly do not recommend it.

They don’t even deserve one star. Our experience was extremely disappointing. When we received the bill, it included several items we never ordered: 8 beers, extra platters, and snacks. We clearly explained it was a mistake, but they refused to remove anything. The manager handled the situation very poorly and showed no interest in resolving the issue. His attitude was completely unprofessional. Sadly, this isn’t the first time as many other reviews mention the same kind of behavior. This was our first and definitely last visit. Absolutely NOT recommended.

We were billed 830$ With many many many additional charged items that we did order and not served even Additional platters beer nuts lemon Very disappointing!! The staff were unprofessional even the manager They did not handle the situation Saying they are sure they served us these items On the other hand we were more then 13persons who all confirms that these items are not ordered nor served!!!

Great place to eat and relax !! The food was tasty, the drinks were refreshing, and the atmosphere was very nice. The staff were kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here and would happily come back again!

Absolutely disappointing! Never again To begin with, only half of our order was served — and even after 45 minutes, the rest never arrived. No updates, no apologies — just confusion and indifference from the staff. The live singer started ridiculously late, adding to the already chaotic atmosphere. And then came the final straw: we were given a bill for a completely different table. When we asked for the manager, he was nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up, his only excuse was: “We’re overwhelmed, we have 400 people tonight.” That is not a valid excuse for poor service, missing food, and billing mistakes. If you can’t manage that many guests, don’t accept the reservations. Absolutely not going back. Total disappointment.

Great spot in Broumana! Tasty food, generous portions, and really good drinks. The atmosphere is lively and the service is fast and friendly. Perfect place to hang out with friends and enjoy the evening. Will definitely be coming back

Absolutely Horrendous Experience - AVOID This Place! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Cicada last night was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others. This wasn't just a bad night out; it felt like we were actively robbed. From the moment we stepped in, it was chaos. The place was ridiculously overcrowded, to the point where there was literally no space to sit, let alone dance comfortably. It was a sardine can with loud music. However, the real nightmare began when we got our bill. We were charged for multiple drinks and food items that we absolutely did not order. It was a shocking amount, and clearly an attempt to inflate the bill. When we tried to dispute these charges, there was no manager available to speak with. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, leaving us with no recourse. After a frustrating and fruitless argument, we were essentially forced to pay. Each person in our group ended up shelling out around $100 for an evening that was supposed to be fun but turned into a rip-off. We left feeling completely scammed and utterly disgusted. Save your money and your sanity. There are plenty of other places in Brounana that value their customers. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Cicada. You'll regret it.

No wonder they have such a low rating! And it seems, based on previous reviews, that it’s not the first time! We were served a bill with many items (8 beers, more platters, nuts, etc.) that we didn’t order and they refused to remove them. The manager was very unprofessional and didn’t handle the situation well at all. First and last time. Not recommended at all. Shame!

Very bad experience: 1- the place was overcrowded, it fits 100, while I think there were 200. 2- the chairs are so uncomfortable. 3- we waited 2h for the singer Pavo. 4- sound quality disastrous. 5- Food quality below zero. Imagine quesadillas without cheese

The crowd is a lot worse than last year and the service is horrible. Everytime you want to order you need to wait 10 minutes and on top of that the servers keep bumping into you. I would not recommend coming here especially if you’re a group of girls because it won’t be your vibe.

I had a positive experience at this establishment, as I enjoyed spending time with friends over drinks. The staff were pleasant and the food was satisfactory. During my vacation, I visited the location three consecutive weekends due to its attractive atmosphere. However, on my final visit, my experience was marred by an issue with my reservation. Despite having made a reservation in advance and being respectful during my previous visits, I was informed upon arrival that I could not be accommodated due to the fact that I had arrived with two other guys. This outcome was disappointing and as a result, I would not return to the bar in the future.
