Zee Dee Grill Shawarma (Regal Chowk)

Visited Regal Chowk twice to taste this Shawarma. This point opens in the evening. Ordered full spicy and regular Large Shawarmas. Chicken is properly grilled but the sauce they put in worsen the taste or may be I didn't like. We have witnessed some of his regular customers ordering Shawarma without their Sauce as the sauce makes shawarma bitter. Even my accompanying cousin and family at home have felt this. So I would suggest you to try this Shawarma and see how you like that. With or Without Sauce I liked grilled chicken The Most Price Small: 150 Large:180

It was okayish. It wasn't worth the hype. Like you won't be eager to go for it second time.. they use the Humus sauce which is below average.

Authentic classic shawarma at a very reasonable price. While most of the food points in Lahore are now using boiled or half cooked chicken fried over a griddle in their shawarmas, Zee Dee still uses grilled chicken roasted on an actual rotisserie. So their shawarma has that natural, smokey BBQ taste. The quality of the pita bread, cabbage, carrot, pickled chillies and complementary sauces are all very good. Above all their prices are surprisingly economical. As of September 2021, their small and large shawarmas cost Rs. 140 and 170 respectively.

Loved the old style making chicken on a rotated skewer and burning grill. I liked it. I ordered a large spicy shawarma for 200Rs. The chicken was grilled properly, also their special sauce named "Humus" was nice to me, vinegar carrot and jalapeño chilli was used for spiciness. Before this review I have eaten 5times and the rate was 180 for large and 150 for small.

Had experience to try the Zee Dee Shawarma. Very disappointed in quality and taste. Simply overrated

Service was quick. Marinated chicken was good too. However, sauces use were too much. U can only feel the taste of sauces and chicken seems tasteless. They really need to work on their sauces Prices were high competitive to market on-going prices Small 250 Large 300 OR 350 (I don't remember exactly) In short, waste of money. Not trying again at all

I visited Zee Dee Grill Shawarma on Mall Road, and honestly, it was a big disappointment. First of all, they only had Pepsi available – no other drinks. Secondly, the service was really poor – the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. But the biggest letdown was the shawarma itself. After watching videos and seeing reviews online, I had high expectations. But what I got was nothing close, not worth the hype at all. Felt like I was scammed. Would not recommend. Save your time and money.

I have been eating Shawarma from here for 15 years; their taste is different from other places, and their sauce is also unique. I really like the taste, and it’s reasonably priced.

I told him that I want normal shawarma but there were 2 big green chilli's inside it. Salad was mainly consist of large chunks of carrots and cabbage and were not fresh and good in taste. Chicken and humus was good. Overall 2 out of 5.
