There are truly incredible sales at this store, which is well known for its stylish items and high quality. I highly recommend everyone to take the opportunity to visit. My experience was amazing when I reached the cashier, I was surprised to find that the items had even bigger discounts than what was shown on the tags.

Reasonable price. Good quality great collection and friendly staff.

I went yesterday night with my wife and she purchased a slipper, which costed me 49 AED. I went to cashier he asked cash or card, i said card. He asked me to tap the card on machine i did and left. As soon as i reached home and saw the email. That guy charged me 128 AED, like how come, how can you charge me more than double the amount and i am sure this was not mistyped, AED 49 and AED 128 all the numbers are different as well. I am very disappointed not because i have been charged more but because now i cannot trust the cashiers blindly anymore.

We got below t shirt Al Zahia branch and ,in 1st wash it got color damage. Very bad quality. Not recommended for any one

Love the collections at the Zahia Branch, They have an extensive collection of apparel, shoes, bags, accessories for all ages and my favourite was the home section.

Very Bad quality.. I bought a t-shirt for my son for eid ,see what happened after first wash before use with cold water. I went to shop in Arfat day but the manager of the shop he refused to return it ,he said no complaints received and it's our fault. Anyway I give it to him with no refund or exchange.. please train your people how to respect your customers.

Friendly staff, especially Iriz!! We were looking for a gift for our relatives and she helped us pick and rearrange the item to make it perfect for gifting. Very grateful to her!

Very slow service been standing here after paying for 20 minutes or more just for someone to wrap my stuff and no one came yet

After the purchase only you're gonna get to know about the scams ..... every product is discounted there and when you're there to redeem with the coupon got from last purchase it's only applicable with the non discounted price and finally without using coupons it's the same ......very bad experience 👎🏻

Bad experience , the manger is rude when asked for exchange and ready with useless and senseless justification which are not in the return policy itself

For National day they had a promotion going on saying if we purchase 150 dhs we wil get a voucher for 53 Last week we had purchased for 200 dhs and now we thought we will claim the voucher now they says it’s only for new collection But the adv or marketing never mention this ???? Only on the bill counter when we try to redeem they tell us this

The worst, I bought a pajama for 65 dirham and it was ruined after one wash and I’ve been calling them for days and they are not answering

تجربة سيئة للغاية أردت فتح القميص لتجربته لانه يوجد الكثير من الأخطاء بالمقاسات عندهم وحصل معي ذلك من قبل في شخص بلحية معاملته سيئة للغاية و عندما سألته عن المدير قال انه المدير تركته و غادرة الى فرع آخر

Last night I was there with my wife and I faced very bad services. My wife is pregnant and I ask the supervisor to help us to change one item and I can not wait longtime in the queue, unfortunately he told me in strange way that we have nothing to do for you. All brands and mall and shops in uae are helping people in special cases and this the first time in my life I saw shop don’t care about these special cases. Honestly weird especially from supervisor. I’m not recommending anyone to go to that branch.

Had a bad experience in terms of online order. Not able to deliver my order after a month's delay. Shipment company defaulted to deliver the item and called me to cancle the order in order to hide their mistake.
