We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and peaceful. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Front Office Mr. Samba for his outstanding hospitality and support. He was very professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. His way of receiving and caring for guests made our stay even more memorable. Truly appreciate his excellent service. We had stayed at GRT Hotels, Vijayawada last year in January for a short one-day visit, where we arrived late at night and checked out early the next morning. Even during that brief stay, our experience was very pleasant. Based on the room quality and overall comfort, we decided to stay here again. This time, we arrived in the morning, stayed overnight, and checked out the next day. We also had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Right from the beginning, the hotel staff was extremely pleasant, courteous, and gracious. As always, the rooms were neat and clean and well maintained. The only small area for improvement was that the bedsheets could have been a bit cleaner. However, this minor concern was more than compensated by the exceptional hospitality of the staff during our dining experience. The team members we interacted with during dinner and breakfast were extremely warm, friendly, and helpful—especially Anvita and Avishek, who made our experience even better with their gracious service. I would also like to appreciate the support staff at the porch. Mr. Mahesh, who assisted with our vehicle, and the bell boy, Mr. Jeevan, were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Throughout our stay, all the staff members were consistently welcoming, cheerful, and greeted us with warm smiles. Overall, it was once again a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and the hospitality truly stands out. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend GRT Hotels, Vijayawada to others.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and I must say my overall experience was absolutely superb. The facilities they provide at this price point are truly impressive — I honestly don’t think many other hotels can match this level of service and comfort in the same budget. The location is another big advantage. The hotel is situated right in the center of the city, and all major attractions are easily reachable from here, which made my stay even more convenient and the temple is very close to this hotel and this Hotel also provides a VIP Divine package to Make Darshan of Kanaka Durga Temple, They allocated a staff Mr. Ashok and starting from Hotel to Temple he have helped us for Darshan. I would especially like to appreciate the staff. They are extremely polite, professional, and well-trained. They truly know how to talk to guests and behave in a respectful and welcoming manner. Their services are outstanding and made my stay even more comfortable. There is also pool at the stay for Kids my daughter enjoyed it well and coming to food even it is chargeable, for the charges paid, the food tastes so good, all kinds of food, Indian and continental is available. I will say one must visit this hotel. Thank you so much GRT Grand for making my stay great.

We have booked 3 rooms per day unfortunately during our stay i lost my phone during my stay, its from a local Auto person they help to retrive information and I’m extremely grateful to the hotel staff, especially Jeevan and Bhargav, for their support and quick coordination in helping me find it. They assured me they will help they did it They were very professional, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the situation. Their efforts really made a stressful moment much easier for me. I had a very pleasant stay at GRT Hotel Vijayawada. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Both the buffet dinner and buffet breakfast were very good and definitely worth the money. The staff at the buffet breakfast were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They made the morning dining experience even more pleasant. What made my stay even more special was the kindness of the staff. My flight was at 8:00 pm, and the manager Ms. Uma was very thoughtful and allowed me to stay in the room until 4:00 pm. That gesture was extremely kind and truly appreciated. I would also like to thank Mr. Bhaskar and the rest of the staff for their warm hospitality and helpful attitude. Their service made the experience even better.

The hospitality was top-notch. The welcome gesture was special. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Foods in room order and restaurant were well served. They arranged for packed breakfast as we had to check-out early and couldn't utilise our free complimentary breakfast. Thanks to Ashok for his sweet and friendly gesture during our check-out. The hotel has a spacious parking area, which makes it hassle-free for guests traveling by car. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff service is truly appreciable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept, making the stay comfortable. I also liked the thoughtful gesture of providing goodies, which added a nice personal touch. The washroom was clean and stocked with all necessary toiletries. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, offering plenty of options, and the food overall tasted very good. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Vijayawada.

Just one small suggestion: Everything is perfect, but nowadays most people love to watch YouTube or stream apps on TV. The current TV does not support Android features, so I would suggest upgrading to an Android TV or providing an Android setup box. It would enhance the guest experience even more. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful stay recently. I stay at GRT grand frequently during my business trips, and always have a great experience every time. I could almost name every staffs in this hotel. Front Office Manager Mr.Raj Kamal, Duty manager Mr.Naidu have been very professional. Front desk staffs Aditya, Baskara, Vasanthi, Jasmine, Bhargav, and Uma have been very nice and helpful. All the staffs at the restaurant are very much customer service oriented. Gym coach, Ram, is very enthusiastic and technically good. I could see a lot of families stay and at the hotel and enjoy their time. Overall one of the best staying experience, with great hospitality. Would recommend for both business and personal trips.

I recently stayed at Grand Hotel by GRT in Vijayawada, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious and offered great variety. A special mention to Mr. Naveen, the bellboy, who made our stay even more pleasant with his smiling attitude and respectful behavior. From check-in to check-out, he was always ready to assist us and ensured we felt welcome throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vijayawada — a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and great service!

This hotel by GRT has come up in last 1 1/2 years to my surprise is extremely well located next to pvr cinepolis mall and MG road. The services provided the hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful in every step. Rooms for us was booked at the desk and upgraded to larger rooms with no extra cost and on their own. Its a quite area away from city noise. The Bodhi spa is one which i liked and was rejuvenating. Swimming pool was of 15 metres but good for relacing. Gym was well equipped and with supervision. We had a good experience.

Everything here was good. The food was amazing, and we had both dinner and breakfast there. We also have to give a shout out to the staffs. Vasanthi and Josh were particularly friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two days while attending a conference, and I was genuinely impressed. The property feels luxurious and comfortable, with well-equipped rooms that covered every amenity I needed. The restaurant was a highlight—its buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all exceptionally tasty. Staff hospitality stood out: they greeted us warmly and were helpful throughout our stay. The conference hall was excellent, and extras like the pool and gym added real appeal. A few issues did come up. Valet parking had a hiccup—my car keys were misplaced briefly before being found. More frustrating was the room key policy: only one card was provided, which made it inconvenient to access both the elevator and the room at the same time. Overall, a strong experience with minor inconveniences.

Excellent service! Great Ambience! True business class! Reception team especially is on their toes. Bhaskar, Narsimha,Jose,Manikanta,Bhargav and the girls team, all of them are quick and offer best service. The other teams like room service ,house keeping and security personnel are well- trained as well.

The extra time given by the hotel was fantastic and much appreciated. The food was also good. However, the staff response was poor and room service was not on time. A serious concern was when a laundry staff member opened my room door without permission while I was inside. Even after informing the front desk, it wasn’t handled properly. Also, the staff kept calling repeatedly for payment while I was working, which was very unprofessional. Overall, good food and flexibility, but service and privacy need improvement.

Fantastic location , centrally located. Staff is friendly and Welcoming . Food flavors are average but the friendliness of the team there puts a smile on your face. Clean restrooms and overall spaces. I have not explored their rooms but , it should be fine from what I see from the overall upkeep of this hotel. The buffet breakfast was good though , but the dosa was a let down - rest of the stuff was A-Okay. Recommend this place 👌

I recently stayed at GRt Hotel, Naveen and security Bahadur were very helpful and honestly, it was such a comfortable experience. The rooms were neat, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were very polite and made sure everything was taken care of. The food was really good — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of options, especially the breakfast spread. You can actually feel the hospitality in the way they serve you. Overall, it felt like a home away from home.

I recently stayed at Grand Vijayawada by GRT Hotels, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of the rooms provided was far below the standards I expected. My stay started with being assigned room #608, which had an unbearable stinky smell, forcing me to request a room change. Unfortunately, the second room provided (#612) was no better: Hygiene: The wooden floor was sticky, and there was hair left all around the floor, indicating poor housekeeping standards. Climate Control: The AC was ineffective, and the room temperature could not be regulated properly. Water Supply: The hot and cold water supply was inconsistent and did not work as expected. Maintenance: The commode flush was faulty and kept locking, making it difficult to use. Overall, the state of both rooms made for a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this property until these hygiene and maintenance issues are thoroughly addressed by the management.
