I experienced mis-commitment, dishonesty and above all irresponsibility at the part of this company to an extent that it cost me not only the loss of my property but financial damage as well. Mr. Abid the “Know it all” company rep who is mostly sent for survey, could not correctly judge the size of the container which was required for the movement of my house hold items. I had to leave behind a lot of my belongings, while some had to be sent in a separate container. This separate container of mine which was promised to reach only a day later than the original container reached me 10 days later with some of my belonging missing and the ones that were inside were in an extremely deteriorated condition. What saddens me is that these guys had been lying to me during these 10 days saying that the container is having issues, while the driver said that he had only begun the journey a day earlier. The day when the original container reached me it was on time however, I did not receive any labor for unloading as agreed by the company and had to arrange that myself. The driver of this container told me that Mr. Abid was ordering him to delay the container and wait at a nearby hotel so that he could to arrange the labor. I was disappointed to see that the company could stoop so low that they resorted to lie and delay the delivery time. All this time Miss Maheen who is may be a rep or the owner was blabbering on the phone and resorted to shouting when we including my father complained about these miss doings to her. I will advise people to save themselves from this hassle and regret, do a little more finding and go with a company that is professional, has reps available on the ground. Unlike Pakistan Movers and packers that believe that everything can be handled via phone calls.
