Good branded local shop Huge collection for Men's, Womens and children Shop consist of 3 floors with good variety, staff was also cooperative

Worst experience ever, not recommended, went to the store a week ago, have to buy some ready made kurta shalwar and t shirts for my brother as well as for me, as after few hours his flight was scheduled so we don't need any issue, the sales person whose name I didn't know (may be sarmad) have hairband put on, we checked some clothes, there were some issues with the stitching some have other issues, the sales person's attitude was very rude and unprofessional, after checking some clothes he refused to let us check the fabric, we told him to give us a packed article, he brought another article, similarly in an article there was some issue from the shoulder side as it was not ironed, we asked him to plz iron the shoulders so we may get satisfied, as iron was just beside him, but he also refused and said agar samjh arha hai ly lain warna chhor dyn, this was unprofessional, we insisted him, so he rudely ironed some of the area, after that he asked his other colleague in the tone of taunt ap inko deal kren inko 3 pair lyny thy 1 bhe smjh nhe arha, although the another salesperson was doing well to deal other client, the other client checked a lot of clothes and took a lot of time but the salesperson patiently attended him (which is his work), and after that the client didn't purchased any article but the salesperson said nothing, I asked him to tell his name, he refused. As we were in rush so we purchased 2 articles worthed almost 8k. But it was the first and last time I visited them, will not recommend anyone to visit there. Customer service is 0.

They didn't have the correct sizes available when we visited

This outlet has very reasonable prices... No compromise on the quality of products.. such a great variety. I was overwhelmed by the prices and shopped more than required. Gents outfits are also very good. Staff is super cooperative and friendly. The store itself looks like a family affair with stairs where you can catch your breath and have a break from the tiredness of shopping in a big place. They have indoor little game area for kids . That really is appreciable. 10/10 for everything.

Ver unprofessional staff on Gents clothing floor. All trial rooms were filled with stocks. The attendant was rude and when I requested I want to try a shirt. He plainly refused that we do not have try rooms. When I pointed him that there are an area where try rooms is written. He plainly refused and said we have high inventory and filled all try rooms with inventory. When I told him I will leave without buying, he did not bother even to try to convince me and seemed happy when I was leaving empty handed.

Good quality and reasonably priced, eastern and western apparels for both men and women. Plus they have got perfumes, home accessories and women accessories.

Reasonable prices. As a fairly new entrant in the market they are doing good. But they need to improve on the reward points system. It's sort of manually done or something. They even offer alteration services as I got altered a men's shirt. At one point in time they had good variety of scarfs but no more. They offer fabric my metre option as well unlike many other brands. With some efforts on their quality and designing they can give a good competition to big brands. May be they need to have their outlets in big malls to attract more customers

Variety of stitched ladies and girls suits with reasonable price, very nice atmosphere

Despite steep price this place one of the best designs across Men, Women and Kids collections. Their designs are gorgeous and trendy. A recommended option if you are looking for casual wear. Haven't experienced it yet but have heard that during sale days it really slashes prices and also has different sizes available despite reduced price.

Visited them a few days before . Check different article of their clothing and fragrance. Their clothing line is decent but they should reduce the price to attract more customer . I love their t-shirt designs but they need to work more on the fabric side . Overall it was nice experience but they could do better with clothing line for men . Also bought a prefume which was actually good but if it was a bit more long lasting it would be awesome . The prefume was weekend for men . Also used awake and nirvana . I liked awake more ... And it is really affordable ...

I visited the store for a suit exchange. The staff was polite and explained all the terms and conditions. I enjoy shopping at this brand.

Staff behaviour very bad

Good environment.. Nice dealing with customers.. Reasonable price. As compare to others zellbury has different quality.. All good .. But one or two things to say. 1 there was little issue of range in XL and xxl was not there at all.. 2nd was appreciation for your customer handling.. That man (Tariq Arif) was dealing with us very polite smiles every time. His behavior was good .. He is sharp about products range. If any buddy goes there ask about Tariq for men .. Thanks

Visited on 29/5/25 at 4:30 pm. Cash counter and floor staff both have a very rude behavior. Wants to get rid of the customers as soon as they enters.

A place where you can apparels for Kids, Women And Men, also dealing with bed and bath, little expensive, but affordable, Quality wise very good, Good Staff, totally cooperative. A good place to buy thing. Usually offers discounts on lot of brands. Must visit and see the collection

Good quality ladies clothes unfortunately sizes are unavailable as well as men outfits pricess are reasinable

Atmosphere was very good but they are always out of stock,, when you like something from sale counter they don't have the right size and even sometimes defected pieces you get.
