Holiday Hill Hotel and Suites - Kattikulam, Mananthavady

This place is nothing less than a construction site. No hot water, flush doesn’t work, extremely dirty linen, the whole room is full of dust. The taps in the bath room was falling off, towel provided would not even good to touch.

We found cockroaches in the rooms.they gave stained Room towels .we booked two rooms for 4 person in wayanad. We could not get hot water in bathrooms due to solar panel issue which was not managed properly. When we asked for hotwater for single person,everytime they said "now only we gave hotwater". Everytime we used to ask for drinking water which was not kept in the room.when we informed our concern,hotel persons said it is only us complaining .they are not customer friendly

Good place to stay in waynad and their restaurant is also good place to eat tasty food with reasonable price .

The rooms and the building are in urgent need of maintenance. The toilets are broken, there are no fans in the rooms, and the lift has been switched off. Many of the switches don’t work, and some of the lights are also not functioning. The only positive aspect of this property is the restaurant downstairs, which is quite good compared to the rest of the facility. What a waste of money.

Neutral, not recommend better options are nearby... the rooms and the toilets are well in need of maintaince

Good location. Large rooms. Adequate parking area. Provided with essential amenities in the room. Lighting in the room is inadequate. There are maintenance issues in the room as well as in the attached bathroom. Wifi is not dependable. Had all three meals of the day. Food was tasty. However, the restaurant runs out of basic items too soon (ran out of appam by 0900h; meals by 1300h !!). The restaurant closes down by 2045h; not a happy situation.

Pathetic experience. Nothing was working. Refer the pictures. 1. No light in the dressing area 2. Switch sockets are burnt and not working 3. AC room but AC never worked 4. TV never worked 5. No hot water in the bathroom and they provide a coil heater. Never ever prefer this hotel for a stay.

Very limited veg food options in the hotel. After 8pm no food in the hotel. Also outside hotel very limited food options. Be careful while booking hotel room, they may show you a different room and on your arrival they will give you a different room and will try to charge you a higher amount of the booked room. Also, getting hot water before 630 am in bathroom is difficult.

I totally regret visiting this restaurant! I went in to this restaurant after seeing the juice and snacks corner right in front of the restaurant.First of all they didn't have a menu and only very limited items were served so I asked the waiter to get two tender coconut shakes with ice cream and the waiter took few minutes to place the order. After 30 minutes the shake was served and it didn't taste good at all.The waiter and two other staff discussed more than 5 minutes to decide what price is to be charged(all this discussion was done right in front of me) and RS 380 was charged for two shakes with ice cream. I think it is very expensive for such bad quality.

Had food from the restaurant twice Nice place. Good service. Enough parking area Looks very Clean. Affordable price. Highly recommended for family I like the coffee here What I didn't like - Masala dosa and Ghee roast taste worse. In lower profile restaurants, you will get far better things

Having stayed at this hotel for a few times now , I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone especially those travelling with family. The location of the hotel is very good easily accessible from the highway. The receptionists at the hotel Rafeeq and Nidhin are great hosts and they take care of the guest well. Naushad and the house keeping team does a very good job ensuring the rooms are kept neat and tidy. The hotel has a restaurant serving delicious food. Please do try their porotta and chicken chettinad. Their biriyani is also very good. The waiters at the restaurant are very good at their service. The restaurant in charge Babu is very energetic and ensures that the guest are taken care. The only minus I see with this hotel is that they don't accept credit card for payment. You have to either use UPI or pay in cash. The management should look at this and take steps to accept credit card payments.

A semi-business class hotel in a small hamlet town like Kattikulam is a pleasant surprise. The remarkable feature of this property is the large guest rooms. Maintenance seems to have taken a backseat possibly due to the pandemic, but its quite comfortable. The housekeeping staff efficiently ensures that rooms are cleaned and maintained daily. Wifi connection was a bit patchy but manageable. Choice of food is limited at the restaurant below and most items are fairly oily. Other than chicken there aint much of a choice, although bang opposite there's a wholesale meat shop. The property offers ample parking space and the parking attendants are efficient and speak multiple languages. Sleep quality is good, even though the property is pretty much in the middle of a market place and important traffic junction. Several government offices are around and this is a good place to stay and get the work done.

The rooms were good and the staffs were nice. But their pos machine won't work. In a big hotel like this, how can they not afford another pos machine for payments. You don't expect customers to carry cash all the time. I had to search for ATMs outside in the middle of the night and none were working.

Terrible... Restraunt phone not working.. u complaint about that and person in reception laughs at it... Small cockroaches in room.. bad smell... No proper lighting.. see wardrobe conditions in pictures...

Very good place to stay. Proximity to many destination is an advantage. Good restaurant serves delicious food. Little bit less standard with respect to hygeine. We found a used facemask inside our bedsheet. Cupboard was dirty and wet. But again we didn't complaint because the room rent was only ₹1000/- without BF.

Price is less compared to the facility. Food is of good quantity. The food is not spicy for whatever we have ordered. The staffs are polite and no delay in serving
