Oasis Resort Pilani

I recently stayed in the Deluxe Room at Oasis Resort Pilani and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and provided quick service, which made our stay even more comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

I visited the property on 20th March. They asked for pre-book the room and askwd me tonpay Rs 11200 for two rooms eash costing 2800. After reacing we find the room is of very very poor quality , not cleaned propertly, broken toilet , no water flow in the toilet and basin, no hanger to keep towel. We are not able to sleep on the night as it was very cold and the blanket without any cover is not in usable condition. I left the place next day and they didnt return any money for not staying next night. The amount of money they take and the quality of room , it provides, it appears to me, they are just taking advanatge of the location where parents of Bits pilani are forc3d to stay due to lack of any good hotel option.

Don't stay here. All rooms taps and flush are useless. Actually none of the rooms. We tried 6 rooms. Staff goes home at 11. Guard and reception guy are useless at night. No power no numbers. You will not be able to get basic water in the morning for basic chores.

Cheap hotel.very bad service of the resort. Rooms are not clean.bahut hi ghatiya hotel hai .kisi ko b recommend nhi kruga yaha aane ke liye..ghatiya log hai ekdum..baat to krne ka tarika nhi aata hai inko. Logo se request hai k yaha bilkul b na aaye

Minimal amenities. No proper tea bags. Bathroom amenities. Small room. No small fridge to keep water cool in the summer of May

The place has the most decent and clean rooms in Pilani to offer. The rooms could have better with its showers, cleaner footmats, broken seat in restroom and dustbins inside washrooms to support a good stay. The rooms were decent and clean. The restaurant Saffron offers good variety and taste in food. Overall a good place to stay

Well managed. Best venue for marriages. Also for small gatherings

Full space separate parking, charging station for EV also available. Perfect space for wedding or other gethering. Location is also perfect on main loharu pilani highway.

We stayed here only for 1 night, and I can say that it was one of the most average hotels I've been to. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms especially are just way too tiny. The flush stopped working twice. The shower sprayed water in every direction other than down. And the pillows and bed were also quite uncomfortable. But for the price, it's fine. And not for a long stay. One or two nights maximum.

3rd class service.. worst behavior form hotel staff. Not recommended for stay hear .

Nice and Affordable Good Food 🥝 and Nice Service

I am Shreedhar Soni. I visited this beautiful place and the food was delicious with good ambience. Kudos to Dheeraj Rawal, Manager was his courteous service and good hospitality.

Very good place for stay, party and marriage function

Rooms are overpriced, so small and congested, wasted the whole space in the balconies, making the room even more smaller. Water pressure was too low, had to ask too many time for the basic necessity of water supply in the bathroom. Food was good & staffs were behaved well.

The resort has the worst management ever. While it's a great place to book with good food quality, the hotel manager's poor coordination ruins the experience. They make numerous promises during booking but fail to deliver, only apologizing for the chaos. They avoid clients during events, showing up only at the end to collect payment. We didn't get the agreed dining area, and outsiders disrupted our event. If you plan to book, get everything in writing to avoid disappointment.

No bus , No train service to pilani. The place Is very horrible, no auto , no cabs ,

Giving 3 ⭐ because the food. They offer very good service. Their hospitality is great. Area was clean and hygienic. The only thing is the food does not match the class of resort. Other than food everything is top class.
