Must check this shop. Lots of shoes

I won’t buy from this store ever again. I bought a sandal and a heel that were on sale (99DHS). I thought it was a good deal so I bought two products, what I didn’t know is that they start getting too uncomfortable after wearing them for an hour, to the point where my toes started bleeding and I physically couldn’t walk anymore. I wanted to refund/exchange but they refused because It was “used” and I didn’t have the box (Note that not even a week has passed). Don’t waste your money and there are many other affordable shoe stores that offer good quality and comfortable footwear.

Très joli magasin, bcp de cuisine de chaussures et de sacs à main. La vendeuse Noor est très professionnelle, souriante et parle français en plus! Je suis ravie de la paire de chaussures achetées et je pense y retourner pour de nouveaux achats. Merci à elle!

Amazing brand with nice shoes and bags. The quality is good and theirs shoes are very comfortables! You go to take one shoes but you end by taking more !! The algerian staff Noor who assisted me in my last visit is so professional in her duty and also flexible with customer. Big thanks to cuple festival city for good services in each time.

My review isnt based on cuple products , i love thier shoes and bags but the staff ticked me into buying whithin an offer and when itvwas time for payement they said the offer is different and blah blah ,they missguide u and not explain the offers well.

Negative Attitude of the salesperson. I came in with my 2 year old to exchange her shoes. My Daughter was looking a shoe she liked and put it back but not straight. The sales guy is leaning over her to straighten the shoe and started hovering around her. I didn't know I had come to an antique store. When I tried to exchange her shoes I was told it's already been exchanged once. If I'm exchanging it within your exchange period it shouldn't matter. He said he couldn't do anything about it. It's not what he said, its the way he said it. I shop at luxury brands but I've never had this kind of attitude from them. I would never come back to your store!

We found nice shoes with a price tag of 135 dhs and decided to buy them. At the checkout, it turned out that the price was for *one shoe* only. We did not buy the shoes for 270 dhs but instead left wondering how big a market there is for one-legged customers who only buy a right or left shoe. Perhaps the next move is to sell shoes by the gram. Interestingly, the same shoes online are 135 dhs for the *pair*. So it seems the saleswoman tried to pull a scam.

I like this brand, value for money and awesome designs, the reason why I am giving this store a 1 star is because of customer service, there were 2 workers in the store a lady and a man, the lady was busy chit chatting with a girl of her nationality and the man simply not interested to work there, he wasn't answering any questions I asked, I asked for size he said not available without checking, he was so not welcoming I hated the fact I had to deal with him. I wanted to buy 5 pairs but just bought 1 only because of him, I will probably go to the outlet mall instead. On top of it whilst billing, he asked for my name and number I spelled my name he purposely misspelled my name I told him it's incorrect he didn't bother to correct it, he was arrogant and so unwelcoming should not be the face of the store. Embarrassed

The worst brand ever , unprofessional and poor customer service. During sales, they send you whatever , wrong sizes and wrong items

I had a wonderful experience with them and i bought some shoes for my family.Its really nice and reasonable price.

I recently visited this shop , they have a good collections and the staffs are very accommodating , i rem one staff mr. Josef i ask a bag and he was very informative . Will visit again soon .
