Peaceful Hotel and I'll definitely recommend it. I have booked Tara hotel which was at Ibrahim al khalil road but when I arrived it was pathetic and smelled rotten there was dump sludge out of hotel and I immediately canceled it and found this beautiful hotel on Agoda which was cheaper than Tara hotel and I booked it. Despite the fact that Tara hotel was nearby Kaaba and expensive I could use the same money to travel in taxi for 15 SAR going and 20 SAR coming even they'll take less if u bargain and there are a lot of options for good food too. The hotel is really very nice. Not that far from kaaba It's almost 1.8 kms walk which can be done easily here not a big deal and there are taxis available 24 hours and rooms are quiet and clean and even bathroom is clean which is a priority for many people. Jazak Allah Khair for the service Knooz Al Diafah Hotel. I will personally and highly recommend this property.

Very disappointing stay. I booked this hotel for 4 nights for three people while traveling for Umrah. Check-in took over an hour due to poor communication. The room was extremely small, overcrowded with three beds, had no space for luggage, and did not match the photos online. Despite repeated requests and even agreeing to pay extra, the hotel never changed our room. We were forced to leave and book another hotel, losing 3 unused nights, and the hotel refused any refund. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or international travelers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a 4-night stay from January 7–11, 2026 for three people (my mother, my wife, and myself) while traveling from the USA for Umrah. The check-in process took over one hour, mainly due to serious communication issues—the staff could not properly communicate in English, Urdu, or Hindi. During check-in, the receptionist took my iPhone to check the booking details and accidentally dropped it, cracking my screen. Shockingly, I was then asked to pay 10 SAR for the damage, which was extremely unprofessional. The room we were given was extremely small and overcrowded with three beds in a space clearly meant for one person, leaving no room for our three suitcases. The room looked nothing like the photos shown online. There were also no charging ports, which is unacceptable for modern travelers. I politely requested a room change and was told it would be done the next day. Later, I was asked to pay 80 SAR for a room change, which I agreed to, but the room was never changed despite multiple follow-ups over two days. Eventually, the staff said no rooms were available and refused any refund. As a result, I had no choice but to book another hotel and leave with my family, losing money for unused 3 nights. Overall, this hotel showed poor management, misleading room information, lack of professionalism, and no customer care. I would strongly advise families and international travelers to avoid this place.

الفندق نظيف وسعره كويس وليس بعيد من الحرم تقدر تروح مشي وموظفين مرره محترمين واخلاقهم عاليه وتعاملهم راقي خالد الهذلي وتهاني ربي يسعدهم

خدمه ممتازه وغرف جيده ونظيفه وواسعه جدًا مشكلته مافيه مواقف خاصه بالفندق ولا باص يوصل للحرم ، يعني تضطر للمشي مجملًا فندق جيد جدًا

فندق سئ سئ جداً لا في مكانه حيث لايوجد اي موقف نهائيا يخص الفندق او حواليه لاتستطيع الوصول حتى لتسجيل دخولك للفندق ، ولا من ناحية تعامل الفندق مع الزباين ، لا انصح به ونجمه حتى كثيره عليه!

Alhamdulillah it was an awesome experience, everything was good except location it was far from Haram so we took taxi every time

الموقع قريب ولكن في مكان صعب حيث صعوبة السير نتيجه وجود كباري كثيرة كما ان العوده من الحرم صعبة حتي بالتاكسي بسبب انغلاق النفق في الناحية الاخري و في بعض الاحيان كان الرجوع من الحرم يتكلف من ٢٠ الي ٢٥ ريال.. الذهاب للحرم معقول يتكلف ٥ ريال للفرد. ولا يوجد اي وسيله نقل غير التاكسي

أنصحكم به جد نظيف والتعامل في المستوى جيد وقريب على الحرم ١٠ دقايق مشي

Walking distance to haram 30 minutes and taxi from haram not available even at higher prices. Hot water not available, if someone wants to come, should bring three shoe to charge Mobil.

Experience in the hotel was great. Can’t wait to visit the hotel again soonest.

The hotel it’s okay for Omraa not bad and little near from haram and available everything around the hotel

الفندق يفتقر للكثير من التجهيزات. الغرف لا تتوفر على مداخل كهرباءية. ابواب لا تغلق. و الكثير من المشاكل مع طاقم الستقبال

فندق ممتاز ونضيف وحاطين معطر في التكييف المركزي مخلي ريحة الغرفة جميلة جدا جدا دايما الفندق قريب نسبيا للحرم وسهل الطريق جدا شكر خاص لاستاذ خالد الهذلي علي مساعدته وسرعة استجابته لما كان فيه مشكلة بالغرفة ومشكورا بدلها وخلي اقامتي سهلة ومريحة

احمد موظف عسل واسعارهم ثابته 70 ريال مكيف سبلت

الموقع حلو و الغرفه نظيفه تجنن والخدمة مممتازه ومتعاونين بس ازعاج بشكل كبير بواري و العسكري لمن ينادي ع سيارات كله في اذنك مره مره ازعاج مافي عازل صوت.
