Ali took the time to walk me through different fabrics, cuts, and materials without ever making me feel like I was an inconvenience. Evasive behavior and misleading service experience I came in intending to buy ready-to-wear trousers and asked—politely—to have my measurements taken for future reference. I was told this was “only for custom-made orders,” which I understood, but clarified that I was already purchasing an item today and would appreciate the small courtesy of having basic measurements noted down for future purchases. After some hesitation, the sales associate agreed—yet immediately shifted the conversation to the trousers I had initially said I’d like to purchase. I reminded her twice that I first wanted to have my measurements taken. Each time she verbally agreed, but never followed through. She even left briefly, saying she would get what was needed to measure, but returned instead with two pairs of trousers and began fitting me without ever using a measuring tape. It became clear she had no intention to measure me at all. The issue was not a misunderstanding of policy but a conscious disregard of what I explicitly requested. The interaction came across as evasive and insincere. Suitsupply usually represents clarity, professionalism, and respect for the customer’s time. Today’s experience, unfortunately, did not reflect that. I sincerely hope management addresses this with the staff involved, because experiences like this diminish the brand’s otherwise excellent reputation.

Umid helped me to customize my suit. Since he greeted me, he was warm and ensured to make me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Umid helped me have a better experience from the last one, which was disappointing. He was very professional, thoughtful and nice to talk to. I cannot wait to wear my suit!
