I had an amazing experience with Armani Car Rental. Their service is absolutely perfect—so professional and supportive. Whenever I called or messaged, they responded immediately. I truly recommend them if you need a rental .they’re just outstanding 🫡

Very poor customer experience. There was a clear lack of communication and support, especially during the flooding situation. No proper guidance was provided on how or where to return the vehicle, and attempts to contact the office went unanswered. The return process was also extremely inconvenient, with no suitable or clearly indicated parking available within a reasonable walking distance. Overall, the service fell well below expectations. I would not recommend based on this experience.

They were honest and respectful. I returned the car one day earlier and I didn’t know but they called and refunded the money immediately. Thanks from here

It was easy to rent a car from them. Unfortunately, the car i rented, even if it was new, the smell of cigarette was awfully stuck on the upholsters. Even the car scent i used was ineffective. Another, before using the car check if the tires are in good condition and well maintain because the one i rented air are unequal and less the required air pressure. Last, i have to look for an ATM to pay the deposit in cash. And they will return the deposit by cheque only, after 15days of return of the rented car. So if you do not have patience at all, no need to rent here.
