Came here with high hopes, each saree was not completely pure, elegance of pure Maheshwari saree was absent. They were not ready to do the fire test. Small shops were much better who showed with test and one can feel the purity when you see them. Our Rickshawwala‘s dropped us here only. Don’t ask Hotel or rickshawwala Roam on your own to see - Swayam bunkar saree wala

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the 5 sarees I purchased from your shop for approximately ₹11,700. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the products. Firstly, the sarees were presented as silk, but they are clearly polyester mix and not as promised at the time of sale. This is misleading. Secondly, each saree has its own issue. The indigo Chanderi saree, in particular, has shrunk excessively, making it almost unusable. Overall, the quality of all the sarees is very poor and not worth the price charged. Additionally, when I approached you to discuss these concerns, your response was rude and dismissive, and you refused to acknowledge or resolve the issue. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. I request you to take this matter seriously and provide a suitable resolution, either by replacing the sarees with proper quality products or issuing a refund. If this is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through appropriate consumer forums. I expect a prompt and fair response.

They hv sent damaged piece and promised for replacement… either the replacement saree or the refund not happened. They don’t respond for calls or txts over whatsapp. Their number cannot take direct call. Very unprofessional.
