This is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and a breach of our contract. You collect hundreds of dirhams in advance and then make false promises. I'm supposed to be receiving 2 bottles every Monday, and when I complained on Monday, I was assured that I would have the delivery on Tuesday. I kept calling several times on Tuesday, and every time the staff assured me that deliveries are scheduled until 20h00. Even after 20h00, I called, and your staff guaranteed me that the delivery driver would call me. And now today on Wednesday, you are sending me a message that the delivery will be made in 48 hours, what exactly does this mean? Do you have any courtesy to understand what happens without drinking water, especially during Ramadan? I'm buying water from the market. I'm extremely frustrated as I had complained about your faulty, leaking water-cooler machine as well, and no one bothered after collecting the picture in WhatsApp. I would ask you to refund all my balance in your account, as I would like to cancel my contract with Masafi and move to some other supplier. They may give me the service I deserve. Totally disappointed and unhappy customer!
