Domino's Pizza | Sector 5, Panchkula

I had a very disappointing experience at Zero Services. After placing my order, I went to the first floor and found that almost all the tables were dirty, with empty pizza boxes and cold drink bottles scattered around. Despite requesting the staff to clean the table, they served my order first and only started cleaning afterward, leaving me standing with my food in hand. To make matters worse, I found a fly in my cold drink, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and hygiene standards were far below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.

I order a cheese corn volcano pizza and I received the vegetable pizza, the wrong pizza. When we escalated it to the resturant they ask to return that wrong pizza which is now opened by us. The thing is now the will resell this Open pizza to another innocent customer or they gonna have it as free because they delivered it as a wrong order. Is this the way to serve your service . However they exchange it with correct one but for all this thing we skip our lunch time, and its a insult infront of my friends, because they were waiting for the treat. And now the gonna resell it or enjoy this with their staff. What a poor service.

Super pathetic amd uncooked stuff is served every time I ordered also they have removed the number to contact them

As per the taste it’s okay okay. I had tasted pizza and garlic bread but not up to the mark as it’s known. Lil bit overpriced as per the taste. Rest all was okay environment, parking, service.

Unfortunately, this is the only store near my place, so I don’t have much choice but to order from here. However, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The delivery staff often fail to follow the location properly and can be quite rude on calls. They tend to call at the last minute just 2–3 minutes before delivery claiming the location is incorrect, which feels intentional. I order from other platforms as well, and I’ve never faced this issue elsewhere, it seems to be specific to Domino’s. After handing over the order, delivery personnel always insist on a 5-star rating on the spot, which is unreasonable especially when the food has just been delivered. Speaking of which, the food is often cold, and there seems to be little concern about it. What’s more frustrating is that even after raising multiple complaints with Domino’s support, nothing has improved.

Domino's has always been my go to place to have pizza especially cheese burst but you Domino's need to work on their base then it would taste more yummy... First time I got to know that Domino's serve soggy fries instead of crispy one and when I ask the person, his answer was "Mam you won't get MCD vale fries here" Wow🙄 Nevertheless, pizza was awesome.

The worst dominos outlet ive ever came across. Never ever had this kind of experiece with food. Stale and smelly food, worst prepration over salty pizza, cheese was of poor quality. Had the same issue few times earlier and also Raised a complaint but tuis time i had to write a review. The issue is zomato doesnt let me select the outlet of dominos or else i would have never ordered food from here.

unhygenic dining area, there were insects crawling on the wall. Washrooms were so bad, there were so many insects inside. Pizza was of worst quality, no taste and not of good quality. I suggest you to never ever go there, it's unhealthy

No staff in dining they never check smell aare hai gandi dinning me manager said jai upar hai dining upar ye haal.hai

Pizza quality was really bad today, they charged and forgot one extra dip. Delivery boy doesn't know how to read maps and was showing attitude even when I helped by coming almost quarter of the way to take the pizza

unhygienic condition flies were flew around sauce bottle. Pizza was also uncooked old veggies having odd smell and taste. It was Unexpected from Domino's.

Beggars were sitting outside and smoking something.. not recommended for family to go there and i sat on firsr floor where the sitting was there and no sauce bottle was there and no person too inorder to serve that

Worst outlet I've even seen. No staff in the dine in area. Cleanliness, just forget about that. Worst ever.

Well, the service here is not good. Even the dining area is not so catchy. It's stinky and full of dust and not clean at all. I think , it's better if you just order here for takeaway.

Dead housefly on pizza. Contacted the store but did not receive any apology or response. Pathetic service. Please do not visit this store.

So I have been eating here since 5+ years and now the service quality has dropped to zero , i am posting a picture and we have been sitting here from past 20 minutes and there was no one to clean the tables and there was a lot dust on the floor as well. I guess in times of corona virus places should not be only playing around with thought of sanitzers but to actually implement the idea of it and clean the area.

Dominoes pizza is no longer good ! Their quality is so low and the taste is so pathetic. It’s no longer the dominoes it used to be at the time of millennials

Ordered five pizza’s all of them were just like this… tastes like somebody took this cheese out from their fridge after 6 months and tastes just like that… dont order from this store

Just look at the size of garlic bread. This is what you getting. Dominos standards has gone too low
