ممتاز ولكن العياده ليس لديها رقم للاتصال دايركت. فقط 800 الدكتور نسا يحط التشخيص طلب منا الرجوع للدكتور شو ذنبنا احنا المريض مب متحمل مرضة يقولوله ارجع وذكر الدكتور يحط الوصفة. ياريت الصيدليات يتوفر عندهم الارقام هاي الدايركت مب المريض يستوي منبه للدكتور تدق ع 880 يقوللك بنرفع لك طلب متى يرد الدكتور مانعرف يعني خيس في الصيدلية لين يك الرد. لازم يكون في رقم عِنـ.̷̷̸̷̐ـد الصيدليه دايركت تكلمهم لوفي نفص.

I came to Dr. khaled for wisdom teeth removal .. no pain no problems .. within 2 minutes the procedure was done with no issues.

معاملة الموظفين ممتازة من موظفين الاستقبال والدكاترة وبالأخص دكتورة بشرى الحمادي

كأول تجربه حقي فالعيادة لخلع ضرس العقل توفقت مع الدكتور خالد النبهاني الحمدلله جلع ضرس العقل بسهوله و لكن موظفة الإستقبال حمده البلوشي كانت قاعده في كونتر رقم 3 تاريخ20/05/2024 الساعه 08:05 الصبح كانت سيئه جدا فالتعامل ( اول شيء تسوي معاملتي وفي نفس الوقت تتكلم فالسامعه الايربودز مع حد + كانت مزجمه سلمتني الهويه بالايد المتلوثه ( وين التعقيم)! + تتكلم وياي بأسلوب الطفرانه ! ) عفوا بس الصراحه أسلوب مثل هذا يفضل ان يتحسن للأفضل لانه نحن كمرضى مب مستعدين نقابل اشخاص جي .

5 ⭐️ Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Freial Al Nedawi is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Thanks to her Assistant Cecilia Reyes. 😘

هذا المركز ارفع لهم احلى تحية في اهتمام بالمرضى واشكر الدكتورة بدرية عالجت لي العصب وكما اهتمت كثيرا بشأن زراعة الأسنان التي فقدتها سابقا حيث حولتني على دكتورة الزراعة واللي بدورها قامت بكل شيء عقب

شكرا عيادة الظفره على التعامل والاستقبال والتفاني في العمل وشكرا الدكتور خالد النبهاني كلمة دكتور قليله في حقه الخلع عنده ببساطه ماتوقعتها وشكرا لطاقم الزراعه ونصايحهم

اتيت الى المركز بحالة طوارئ لخلع درس .. سالني الدكتور نريد صورة بانوراما بقيمة 105 درهم ومن ثم نحولك للخلع قلت له مافي مشكلة عملت الصورة وبعدها فورا ارسلني الى الرسبشن لاخذ موعد خلع بعد شهر تقريبا لان دكتور الخلع غير موجود في اجازة ! .. وانا دخلت بشكل طارئ للخلع الفوري مش لانتظر بعد شهر وادفع فلوس صورة وغيرها لاذهب الى مركز اخر للعلاج

المركز ممتاز معاملتهم راقية جداً من الأستقبال الى الخدمات الصحية للأسنان الأطباء والدكاترة ذو خبرة وخصوصاً الدكتورة بشرى عبيد الحمادي إنسانة متعاونه وتتعامل بإحترافية مع المراجعين جزاهم الله خير ونتمنى لهم التوفيق والسداد

اود ان اشكر طاقم العمل في مركز الظفرة من الاستقبال والتمريض والأشعة وموظفين الامن على ابتسامتهم ولطفهم وتعاونهم مع المريض اخص بالذكر الدكتور الرائع د.خالد النبهاني على تواضعه وصبره ومهارته وحرفيته العالية اجريت يوم الاثنين 22 سبتمبر جراحة لخلع ضرس العقل تحت البنج الموضعي ، كانت الاجراءات سهلة وميسرة وبسيطة منذ دخولي للمركز وحتى خروجي منه ، من التسجيل إلى الدخول للجراح د.خالد ومن ثم التوجه لقسم الاشعة ومن ثم العودة مرة اخرى للعيادة ومراحل خلع الضرس والمغادرة من العيادة في مدة زمنية قصيرة بوركت جهودك د.خالد وسلمت يمناك ، شكرا لك ولجميع العاملين معك في مركز الظفرة للأسنان تحياتي د.عبير ( طبيبة وزميلة لكم وتعي تماما مدى حرفيتكم )

اسفه بس تعامل جداً سريع ومافي اهتمام ، والمفروض يستخدومو كل الي عندهم ثقه يسون اسنانهم حتى الي مسوين تقويم بمكان غير والدكتوره فاطمه تعطينا مواعيد بعيده

قمت بزيارة مركز الظفرة مع دكتورة هبة راجح طبيب عام انسانه بمنتهى الأخلاق والذوق قامت بعمل اللازم من تنظيف وحشوات بوقت بسيط ودائما احضر بدون موعد وتستقبلني بترحيب وابتسامه لطيفة بتعاملها وشغلها مريح واييدها خفيفة وانا اتابع معاها من سنين لعدم احساسي بالخوف من الألم ..انسانه بشوشة وخدومة جزاها الله خير وشكرا من القلب ربي يحفظ الشيوخ ويعز الإمارات وأهلها

I had a great experience at al Dhafra dental clinic. Dr Ferial Jasim did a great job at my implant and is a great doctor, As well as her dental assistant Cecilia Reyes very gentle with me and friendly. The receptionist Joseph Bela-ong was also extremely helpful and friendly overall had a great experience in the dental clinic.

My son’s tooth extraction was done in less than 10 mins. Dr. Al Nabhani did it and my son was happy. We will see about healing. Pre and post procedure was not explained well- I guess there’s Google. However, it took so long for me to pay. I gave the payment slip to the male receptionist and he said to sit down. All he has to do is let me pay because everything is ready. However, he’s talking to someone via his air pods. What a poor customer service on his part. I asked him what’s taking so long he said it didn’t come in the system yet. I already received the insurance approval and the nurse already gave the pay slip. The rate should have been 4 stars but the receptionist is taking a long time talking to someone on his AirPods. Overall, we stayed in the facility for over an hour, 10 mins for the procedure and the rest is waiting to pay. Dr. Al Nabhani is experienced and good as I’ve observed. His skills are 5 stars. I visited AlDhafra Dental clinic months ago for an appointment with Dr.Maitha, but she decided to let another less experienced doctor to do her work, the appointment was for a checkup and the doctor said I need another appointment to remove the cavities. Additionally, I asked for teeth cleaning on the same day and it wasn’t a good experience overall, it really hurts. I booked another appointment with Dr. Hiba today, and Dr.Hiba decided she also doesn’t want to do my teeth, and told the same less experienced doctor to do it. I told the doctor to take out the cavities she said I had last time, but she couldn’t see them and had to do an X ray in order to see the cavities, stating that X-ray exposure isn’t harmful at all. After she saw the cavities, she stated that she does not have to remove them, and that it will go on its own. She proceeded with removing the cavity of one tooth, which took more than an hour, and she ended up drilling up near the nerve, and when she was done she said that my teeth may hurt a while after due to that, so she created a problem bigger than cavities. Very bad experience overall, I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Great service at Al Dhafra Dental Center. Appointments, timing, doctors & nurses all perfect. First visit was for diagnosis with Dr. Hussamaldeen Chaker , then with Dr. Khaled Al Nabhani who extracted my wisdom tooth with no time, I thought it will take more time and painful but instead I saw my tooth in front of me, all done peacefully alhamdulillah. Highly recommended Daad
