Worst experience. I bought a suit from saleem fabrics around 35k and given them for stitching. Collar and cuff looks like that suit stitched many years ago. Seriously not recommended . I have attached few photos as well which are self explanatory.

Do not go here. Visiting from California. These guys are rude and unprofessional. They charged 2800 for stiching, ruined the clothing and upon delivery, insisted the uncomfortable kameez was the right size. I picked up Jan 29, 2026. They requested 20 days to stitch simple men's shalwar kameez. Do not waste your time. The staff is not professional and quality is very bad. Do not ruin your good quality cloth here.

I entrusted your brand with my son’s engagement suit and with only a few days left, the result has been deeply upsetting. The pants arrived with a visible cut near the zipper, as if damaged by scissors, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally my son went twice for prior checking and adjustments, the suit still does not fit properly. The sleeves are uneven, with clear puckering and poor fitting. With very limited time remaining, this has caused unnecessary stress at a critical moment. I expect immediate action—either urgent correction to a professional standard or an appropriate refund. I hope you take this matter seriously and address these quality issues to prevent others from having a similar experience.

Dandy Designs is famous in Lahore for tailoring. They have more than five outlets in Lahore. I have been here many times before but I am sharing my experience for the first time. The quality of dandy is very good compared to other tailors. Their service is excellent and good. Apart from readymade clothes, you will also get waistcoat from here. You can make different types of designs from here. Service is dandy's best.

This was my second time using Dandy Design gulberg (Lahore), and sadly, the experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, they never informed me that my clothes were ready. I had to personally visit the outlet just to confirm the status, which is very unprofessional for a brand charging premium prices. What shocked me the most was the behaviour of the staff member who handed over my order. He was a tall guy with an aggressive attitude, extremely rude, disrespectful, and spoke in an insulting manner. Instead of acting like a professional representative of the brand, he behaved as if he was ready to argue or fight. His tone and body language made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. When someone pays a high amount, they expect basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was completely missing here. Such staff behavior seriously damages the brand’s reputation. I strongly advise management to train their staff on proper customer handling and communication. Very poor service experience overall.

We are regular customers of Dandy Designs, we stichs salwar kameez and dress shirts from here, but for the last few months, the clothes of the callers of the salwar kameez and shirts we have been wearing are getting spoiled. Now we will never sew clothes from here. We are very disappointed.

Poor stitching and finishing. Entire suit had these on stitches on my eid suit. Wouldn't recommend ther stitching

hey have Ruined my suit of worth 8000 Plus 2400 for Stiching... They did take all the measurements and I told them to make smart fitting but not tight from anywhere... but still they made tight fitting around the Chest. My Shalwar is completely Ruined. Kareez samne ki trf aa hi ni rai piche kapra hi ni chora. Plus the staff behaviour is worst and they are not admitting their Blame.

One of the top tailoring brands in Lahore, Pakistan. They are well-known in the Pant-Coat variety. They are expensive as compared to other similar brands but the quality of their stitching is better than others. If you can afford, you can visit their shop.

I live in London myself. My wife went there to buy my clothes. At the clothing section, the boy who was showing the clothes was very rude. I was also noticing this myself on a video call. This experience happened at the Gulberg branch.👎🏻

bari dukaan pheeka pakwan ruined my 60000 worth suit fabric their quality is not the same anymore i clearly informed senior kashif and specially requested proper fitting but they did not care when i went to complain they did not accept their mistake please do not waste your expensive fabric and money here

Im dr ahsan I had been dandy’s gulberg regular customer since long. Last 2 visits their staff misbehaved me and they were arrogant… no mechanism of compliant cell or any number..this is not the way to deal the…. Im here to request the offical to plz put a mask on these dogs on the outlet

Dandy has lost its charm. Extremely disappointed with the terrible service I received from Dandy Design. They completely ruined my expensive pant coat suit by stitching it in the wrong size, despite providing accurate measurements. The fit is now unwearable—too tight in some places and loose in others. Staff has no interest in taking the right measurements. And Waheed Sahib has no control over it. The stitching looks rushed, and the fabric doesn’t sit right. When I complained, their customer service was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. Avoid this brand if you care about your clothes! They lack professionalism and attention to detail, wasting both time and money. I will never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone. **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) – A Complete Letdown!**

I had a very disappointing experience at Dandy Design. Their staff showed zero professionalism, were extremely rude, and offered no concept of customer support. I requested if they could deliver my clothes a little earlier, but instead of politely explaining, they rudely said “we can’t do it.” When I asked how they facilitate customers in such situations, their only response was a blunt “we don’t.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable and makes the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely not recommended.

The DANDY DESIGN IS a cloth store but costly one due to its location at Gulberg Lahore where you can purchase and get sew your clothes below one roof but their designers are excellent and care for their customers who are forced to admire them

This branch is not recommended at all. Don't go there, the staff is not cooperative and shows unnecessary attitude and lets you wait unnecessarily. The Allama Iqbal Town Branch is recommended. The staff is cooperative and modest.
