This was my second time using Dandy Design gulberg (Lahore), and sadly, the experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, they never informed me that my clothes were ready. I had to personally visit the outlet just to confirm the status, which is very unprofessional for a brand charging premium prices.
What shocked me the most was the behaviour of the staff member who handed over my order. He was a tall guy with an aggressive attitude, extremely rude, disrespectful, and spoke in an insulting manner. Instead of acting like a professional representative of the brand, he behaved as if he was ready to argue or fight. His tone and body language made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer.
When someone pays a high amount, they expect basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was completely missing here. Such staff behavior seriously damages the brand’s reputation.
I strongly advise management to train their staff on proper customer handling and communication. Very poor service experience overall.
