World calss. Burj al arab view and superb beach view. I would come back again. Quiet and no loud noises. Perfect for weekend get away. I love it.

Very nice accommodations. We stayed at one of the vacation rentals. Beautiful pool and glorious views. It is very close to many restaurants and amenities.

مرحبا المجمع لا انصح به على اطلاق انته تعيش في شقه تصحى من النوم لا يوجد غاز لغدا تعامل مع الموظفين ليس جيد على اطلاق لايوجد تنسيق مع صحابين الشقق ممكن ان تنتظر ساعه او ساعتين حتى تستلم شقتك النظافه في شقه معدومه تدفع مبلغ كبير ولايوجد اي خدمه وشكرا

We have been waiting for months for repairs to damage caused by VCM Management (Azizi Building Management). No communication. As owners, we feel let down. Regards from Unit 705

Excellent location, wonderful design. I just can imagine in that amazing swimming pool having a drink near the beach and having breakfast in the balcony with the best view of Dubai very soon.

اخذناه كنوع من التغيير ، مناسب للي خطتهم في نخلة جميرا ، المكان متكامل من مطبخ وصالة وغرفة وبلكونة للاسف ازعاج من جرس انذار الحريق كان في التماس لمدة يومين وخصوصا وقت النوم 💔 المكان جميل وشرح 😍

the pool was good but the resort has nothing ! management was not that good

Impossible to stay inside the apartment , construction since July, drilling from every corner and every side. From Monday to Saturday.

Great place to stay but the neighbors are unfriendly and one of the security guards is rude and impolite

worst experience ever !! Rented for 1 year the apartment is falling apart every 2 months AC problems leak from the water heater all the water leaked down damaged the cupboards the sewage smell in both toilets are horrible was paying every week for mr muscle drain in sink in both toilets !! Hall way smells so bad window cleaning is 1 time PER YEAR !!! How cheap !! Very dirty building ! Management unprofessional at ALL!!!! Even the security 2 different times I told them do not send a specific delivery person up when he comes call me guess what he came up twice !!! when i went back both they said sorry sir i wasnt here !! 90% of tenants are so cheap negative energy people keep staring at u like u owe them money !! what they think they are in Royal Atlantis residence ??? beware of the short woman with black hair and kids shes walking around acting like she own the whole building ! they throw the trash infront of their door trash room full of bags on floor !! Apartment material is sooo cheap go see it for yourself and forget working from home there is an empty apartment on top I have no f idea what the hell they are drilling and hammering every week in that apartment every 2 weeks !!!! now all tenants will be purified with the new construction noise 24\7 new building coming up from nakheel that will block all views !! owners in this cheap azizi mina already lost in value !!!! im getting out of here next month !!!!!!!

The location is beautiful, specially the apartments overlooking Anantara side. It is a bit far from the city, but I like it this way However, the building maintenance is really bad ! It is a shame that such a building which is only 2 years old suffer from such problems in sewage that the bathrooms smells very bad, sometimes also the corridors. Also, the tiny flying insects that comes out of the sink. They have only 8 free sunbeds by the pool, and no sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach. I wonder how much would it cost to clean the sand from the sharp construction stones While the location is very peaceful at the end of the palm, the construction noise does not stop. There are also, two vacant plots next to the building. I can see the preparation to start construction on the beach side.

聽到很多抱怨，似乎這個地方位置很遠 購物逛街都不方便。 經常施工 工作學習不方便。 很貴但是服務不好。 住過一晚，房間很漂亮但是人很差。

If you ever try to rent a unit for a stay via DREAM INN DUBAI in this building, please stay away for your own sake and save your money. The service is awful , we asked to fix a coffee machine during 8 days stay , no one showed up. The quality of the bed is so low that in case you move it you will have it broken as it is not steel legs. They would not refund you any dirham , no matter what. PLEASE check everything but first THINK before you even enter, door handles , bed carcass, all bed legs ( as we had moved a bed to side to collect a ring from beneath and one leg just couldn’t survive) , sofas, chairs, tables. the quality of bed support ( on picture) There’s other choices i Palm.

Schönes Hotel, sauber, ruhig, schöne Aussicht, sauberer Strand.

die hütte ist leer, das pool vergammelt, teilweise gibt es besichtigungen, wehe wenn das nachbargrundstück verbaut wird

I stayed here 1 month ago (March 2023). Still haven't refunded my deposit. No one is trying to help or answering my questions. I definitely do not recommend, you can't get your money back if you stay here!!

NEVER RENT OR BUY APARTMENTS IN THIS BUILDING! It’s a terrible place that doesn’t worth a dollar! Especially apartment 819. Permanent construction above your head on the roof, starting from 5:30 a.m. Those people don’t respect anyone. The management is terrible! Stinky corridors, nasty beach covered with sharp constructing stones. Good reviews are boosted by the real estate brokers! Stay away from that place!
