Al Shifa Pharmacy DWC, Dubai South

I had a great experience with this pharmacy. Mohammed Suhayil was extremely helpful in finding a solution to get my medication on time. He was knowledgeable about different options and guided me clearly through what would work best. The delivery to our place was fast and very efficient, which made a big difference. Really appreciate the level of service and support. Highly recommended.

Amazing pharmacy, Rehan the pharmacist was extremely kind and helpful, asking enough questions to understand my symptoms, genuinely felt like they cared about me and I highly recommend this to be your number 1 pharmacy! I recently had an experience with Al Shifa Pharmacy, and I must say that their delivery service left much to be desired. Despite living just 3 minutes away, it took them a whopping 1 hour to deliver a simple blister pack. This delay was highly inconvenient, and I eventually had to cancel the delivery altogether. I was disappointed with the poor efficiency of their delivery service and hope they can improve in this aspect.

So far, the experience with this pharmacy hasn't been great. Whenever the doctor provides a prescription, it's never available in this pharmacy. They can fetch the missing medication but take up to 2 or 3 days to deliver the medicine, which i think is ridiculous. This has happened to me numerous times. I'm not sure what's going on.

Due to my work, I use the pharmacy often and can say only positive review about it, stuff very helpful, with a great med knowledge (trust me not all pharmacies has that), products are always available, if not will be delivered next day, very easy going relation of the stuff.

This is the only pharmacy in Dubai South. Even though there is no competition for them, the staff is very courteous and prompt. They always greet you with a smile and ensure medicines are delivered to your doorstep if needed. Highly recommended 👍👍 Keep up the good work guys ..

Good staff, very helpful. Responding Whatsap very fast. Delivery available. The only downside is limited selection of medicines. However, as for a local pharmacy they have all the basics

Request buyers to carefully verify manufacturing and expiry date ..as I have been sold a infant's medicine nearing expiry.(same was manufactured in 2023 and expiry is in june 2025).I am adding the photos for verification..don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone..my rate negative 5

They have very quick and efficient service, when I wanted something from the store they quickly responded to tell me it was available and very quickly delivered it and allowed me to pay with credit card. Overall a very good service.

Staff is friendly and can give advice on simple medical conditions. Not sure about prices but at least you don’t not need to drive to DIP or Reeraam to get urgent medication.
