Relook The Savour Restaurant

Relook is a well-known chain in hotels located in various parts of the state. Location of this place is great. It's a multi floor restaurant. This restaurant area is quite small. Food taste good, quantity sufficient. But whenever you visit here keep ample time in hand as food will take much longer then usual from the time you order to arrive. Reason they provided : as the doesn't have anything made in advance so they prepare everything fresh, hence time required more. We couldn't cross check the facts they provided as we'were getting irritated for the waiting time.

Went for the first time , loved the ambience , hospitality was also good but the food was terrible. I ordered kadhai paneer and butter nun , hot and sour soup didn't like the taste of any of the item at all...my friend ordered fried rice and hot garlic chicken, she liked it though.

I've Recently visited the Relook Restaurant Malancha Kharagpur . I personally loved the hotel, coming to the management and staff they are quite impressive. The food was really appetizing. I would like to suggest everyone to visit it atleast once...

When me and my family went to the restaurant at about 9:00 p.m. they said that we have to wait 1 hour for the order to be placed! This ruined our mood! We decide not to go there anymore!

The service is very bad. The staff/manager is very rude. I don't think they are even interested in running the business. The owner should look into this because the staff doesn't seem to care about the customers. I know many people who are upset with the behavior of the staff.

It's nice and new opening resturant, service is good but atmosphere as well as food should be more good. Hope the resturant could grow up with time being.
