Absolutely loved my experience at TheGlamSquad! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt modern , welcoming, and relaxed. The whole team was warm, professional, and made the visit feel effortless. A special shout-out to three amazing team members who took care of my treatments during this visit. Darika did my haircut and did an incredible job understanding exactly what I wanted. Priya handled my waxing with so much care and professionalism that the whole experience felt surprisingly easy. And Anjali’s pedicure was fantastic — she was incredibly detail-oriented, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Already looking forward to my next visit the next time I’m in Chennai!

Too good. Adhil and Anjali did a fab job with my hair and nails - they are super fast and efficient and I wanted the service to be done in a short span and they nailed it. Highly recommend them. The space is super clean and aesthetic and pleasing. 10/10

We had a very poor experience. We went for a couples package and they specifically said we could get mani/pedi done together. But when we reached the place they started upselling stuff consistently didnt even care what we wanted and was very adamant on what they need to get done. The upsold me from standard to expensive package for mani/pedi but the work was very poor. The person was very very rough. She didnt do a good job. While doing this she was asking, me to get facial done. I was telling i have an appointment outside and she was persistent that she can finish the facial in 40 mins. (And it was 5k). She was claiming this is treatment (as if this is certified) and she was giving me guarantee. Regarding the work, the water used was room temperature. She started the work and half way i asked why is the water not hot, i was told that the we were the first client and they didnt turn on the heater. For my wife, one arm of waxing was very poor she has bruises all over. The planning was poor, they said we would be seated together, senior stylist would be assigned, all the work we asked for can be done before our next appointment.None of these were done. I am sure they ll respond to this review with, we rushed them. They could explicitly said, we need 5 hours for all these. And its not possible. And we would have happily figured out another option that fit our time line. Overall very very poor experience. There are good folks here, but not everyone works to the standard. So if anyone recommends this place ask them the name of the person who did the work and book the stylist dont accept any random person who is just pushy and overselling stuff. So we confronted the manger person at the end, he gave us 20% discount on it. And said he would give more next time. I basically said “do you think we will ever comeback here”?

What a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly patient and friendly. Anjali did my French tips and was so meticulous with every detail. They took their time to make sure my nails were absolutely perfect. These are my wedding nails and I’m thrilled with how they turned out! The manicure massage was really nice as well. Great ambience and high-quality tools. Highly recommend!

Anjali is an artist! She managed to actually do a French gel manicure on my insanely short nails. Something that most people have never been able to do. But the good part stops here. The quality of the gel polish is pretty bad though. Got my nails done on 26 Dec and by 5/6 Jan polish started chipping off (second photo). So that isn’t so great. Most other places I’ve had gel polish done, it lasts at least 2/3 weeks before it chips off.

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! Kidua did my nails beautifully and removed my facial hair so gently and carefully. She worked with so much patience and constantly made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Darika gave me an incredibly relaxing facial. It was so soft and calming that I actually fell asleep 😅 I’m truly very happy with the results and can highly recommend this salon!

Anjali did an amazing job creating the exact look I wanted! She took the time to ask for my preferences for each nail, and her patience and professionalism really shone through. This is my third time using Glam Squad, and I've been consistently impressed with their services. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved my salon day! Adhil did wonders with my hair Botox—so much attention to detail, the massage was dreamy, and his professionalism stood out. Anjali was super patient and focused with my soft gel nail extensions (obsessed with the results!), while Kavitha was kind and precise with my brows and upper lip. The vibe here is amazing, and the staff kept me comfy, fed, and hydrated the entire time. Sure, it’s a bit on the pricier side, but honestly, the quality and care make it so worth it. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to treat themselves!

Had a really great experience at Glamsquad! I got a pedicure and my daughter got a manicure and pedicure, and both were done really well. The manicure was neat and clean, and the pedicure was incredibly effective at healing really cracked heels. I could see a big difference after just one session. Special shoutout to Sayra, Rishi, and Priya for their excellent skill, warm service, attentiveness. Overall, great service and a very relaxing experience!
