Fast processing coz of the agents present there. Govt ppl try to mostly give their work to the agents. Maintenance is very minimal. I don't think so there s regular cleaning done like on a daily basis.

Worst customer service.. Thursday me & my 1 yr daughter visited the post office perambur brracks branch for updating my adhar one of the staff person told system is not working try to come on Saturday and again visited the branch today the women sitting in the updated adhar cabin told come on Monday The staff spoke very rude to me not even consider me & my baby situation they not provider the customer issues & resolving service they are only doing how to ignore the customer service

i am a fresher to these postoffice services...they are not responding properly but my first impression towards this otteri postoffice was literally too good...but after that they are not responding to the customers...more than 3 to 4 times i went there they are changing the time according to their own needs..very bad...

Center most employee needs to be fired. She has the head weight of being employed by govt. the office need to be organised.

They are not even ready to listen to the Queries, before that they conclude something and told us to wait . Poor way of attending the people
