I recently stayed for one week at Adagio Apartments in the Palm Dubai, my experience was amazing from the moment I arrived. I was warmly welcomed by Miss Norhaina, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. My booking was a little tricky because I extended my stay multiple times during the holiday period, but Miss Norhaina handled everything efficiently and found exactly what I needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and smile made my stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this place. The apartments are very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need, including a washing machine, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator, other conveniences. All you need to bring are your clothes, and you're ready to enjoy a comfortable stay. Thank you to Miss Norhaina and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable.

Excellent stay at Adagio Palm Jumeirah! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Special thanks to Miss Ella at the reception for her warm welcome and outstanding customer service, and to Mr. Abu Bakar for his kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. They truly made our experience memorable. The whole team and even cleaning staff was very helpful and on time daily. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beach is just a short walk away, and the rooftop pool provides the perfect way to cool off. We even received a complimentary upgrade and were able to enjoy a spacious room with a balcony! Every morning at breakfast, we were warmly welcomed by Amelia, Liya, and Ester. They are outstanding!! Before long, they all knew exactly what we liked to eat and drink, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection is excellent as well, and if something happens to be missing, you can simply order it separately. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return.

Very good location to utilize what Palm West Beach has to offer. Room is good and has all the necessary setup plus unlimited drinking water due to filter system. Team is very welcoming. Management does nice gestures with guest of the day chocolate. This is a dry hotel with one restaurant, opportunity to explore many other options around. Beach access is also great, ordering food & drinks might take a short time as delivered from the hotel.

One of the best vacations we have ever enjoyed was our Eid Al-Adha holiday in May 2026, which we spent at your outstanding hotel. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the exceptional staff member NOOR, who greeted us with a smile and was always helpful and attentive. She assisted us in choosing our room and recommended a room for my daughter, NELLY, which turned out to be an excellent choice. We spent unforgettable and truly special moments at this hotel that we will always cherish until we return again as soon as possible. We recently stayed at Adagio Premium The Palm and had a truly wonderful experience. The one-bedroom apartment we booked was spotless, comfortable, and very pleasant. What impressed us right away was the thoughtful preparation—an extra bed was already set up for us, anticipating our group of 3 adults and 1 child. We were also welcomed with a lovely note and chocolates, which was a nice touch. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchenware, allowing us to cook and celebrate my husband’s dinner comfortably. Whenever we needed something simple like salt, pepper, or a lighter, the team responded quickly and efficiently. The staff were consistently helpful and polite, especially Ms. Nwe at the front desk, who was very accommodating and approachable—she made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the hotel is on the second row, it was just a short and pleasant walk to the beach. We also appreciated having access to their private beach area with comfortable lounges and beds. The breakfast was well served and delicious. The hotel itself is also very beautiful—we had a quick dip in the rooftop pool and were able to check the gym and sauna, which all looked clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a superb stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Aparthotel Adagio Premium The Palm and overall enjoyed the experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a modern design that made the stay relaxing. We especially appreciated the kitchen area and the well-maintained bathroom amenities. The rooftop pool was also a nice place to unwind and enjoy the city view. I would especially like to commend Jenny and Nwe from the front desk for being very friendly and accommodating. Jenny kindly upgraded one of our rooms to one with a balcony, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. However, since the upgraded room was located on the 3rd floor and it was a weekend, the street noise was quite noticeable. We could hear cars honking until dawn, which affected our rest a little. I would also like to commend Nang and Amelia from the F&B department for their warm and pleasant service during our stay. As for the set dinner meal, I understand that the stay was part of a promotional package considering the price, but I feel the portioning could have been better. That said, I have to praise the pasta and especially the dessert, they were exceptional and definitely stood out. Overall, it was a good stay with excellent staff and comfortable accommodations. With a few small improvements, particularly in meal portions and room placement for light sleepers, the experience could be even better.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, very clean, and maintained with great attention to detail. The interiors and overall ambience of the hotel created a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout our stay. We opted for the half-board package, and the food was very tasty and well-prepared. While the breakfast spread was somewhat limited and not very extensive, the quality of food was good. Dinner, though served à la carte rather than buffet, was especially delicious and satisfying. What truly stood out was the excellent service. A special appreciation to NWE at the reception, Mohamed Tawseef ( house keeping) and Restaurant staffs Gehan, Owen & Nang for their exceptional hospitality, attentiveness, and warm approach during both breakfast and dinner. Their service made a significant difference in our overall experience. The location is another highlight, with a nearby beach adding to the charm and relaxation of the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience—we would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.”

My overall experience from Adagio Premium the palm was really good, the customer service is good, the location is good which means they have private access to West beach, the palm and sunroof private pool well maintained. The team is very responsive from front desk to housekeeping. And even they have good restaurant called Fixie in the ground floor, food is good, also the customer service too. Liya, Amelia and Gihan they are very good at customer service. Totally recommended. Although price is reasonable too.

Nwe and Jenny from the Front Office Team were professional, accommodating, and flexible throughout our stay, making the experience smooth and welcoming from arrival to departure. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the service provided throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. Ester and the F&B team at Fixie Café, including Gihan, Amelia, and Liya, were warm, attentive, and highly accommodating, which truly enhanced our dining experience. I would also like to sincerely thank the Housekeeping Team for their honesty and assistance in finding my lost ring. Hotel zdecydowanie spełnił moje oczekiwania i mogę go z czystym sumieniem polecić. Pobyt był bardzo udany – pokój był codziennie dokładnie sprzątany, a cały obiekt zadbany i przyjemny. Obsługa była bardzo miła, pomocna i życzliwa, dzięki czemu od samego początku czułam się komfortowo. Na duży plus zasługuje również lokalizacja – plaża znajdowała się bardzo blisko hotelu, była czysta i zadbana, a hotel zapewniał ręczniki, co było bardzo wygodne. Śniadania również oceniam bardzo dobrze – smaczne, świeże i zdecydowanie na plus. Dodatkowym atutem był basen na dachu, z którego korzystało się naprawdę świetnie i który robił bardzo fajne wrażenie. Był to dla mnie wyjątkowy pobyt, ponieważ spędzałam tam swoje urodziny, i bardzo doceniam to, że hotel zadbał o ten czas w szczególny sposób. Zostałam miło zaskoczona kartką z życzeniami oraz czekoladkami, co było bardzo sympatycznym gestem i sprawiło, że poczułam się naprawdę wyjątkowo. Dzięki takim detalom moje urodziny były jeszcze przyjemniejsze. Cały pobyt wspominam bardzo dobrze i uważam, że hotel stanął na wysokości zadania pod każdym względem.

Das Aparthotel ist nach langer Suche genau das richtige für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Das Zimmer ist wie ein Apartment ausgestattet inkl. Grossem Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine/Trockner, zwei Räumen und Bad mit separatem WC. Es gibt Frischwasser aus der Maschine und das Zimmer wird wie im Hotel täglich gereinigt - eine super Kombi also aus Hotel und Apartment! Die Lage ist perfekt mit nur 2 Gehminuten zum privaten Strand-Bereich mit gratis Handtüchern. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr reichhaltig und Tofazzol liest einem die Wünsche am Morgen schon am zweiten Tag von den Lippen ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed for three nights and it was great for kids. The private beach was more family and health focussed and no alcohol was served. The rooms and service was great quick check in great cleaning, really tidy and clean upon arrival. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have had! Loved the warm vegetables! Always love the middle eastern food and the pot coffee was actually really nice. The service at breakfast was really lovely too! Liya, Dilwer, Abdulla and Amelia really looked after us! Location was great too easy walk to shops, a mall and organic Healthfood store! The only issue we had was the noise from the road when our door was open. But if you shut the door the room was quiet.
