TCS is the fastest private courier service of Pakistan which move shipments throughout Pakistan. I prefer TCS because it is reliable, give tracking to your shipments. You can track wherever is your shipment. It has good energetic , and well mannered . In the days of covid-19 TCS follow the Covid SOPs . you may not be able to enter their office without mask. 😷 so be aware.

Worst service i am waiting for my parcel for 2 days . No real customer care service , they just make u fool that please wait it ll deliver . Bots are deployed everywhere especially on whatsapp.

very bad experience. My parcel was nit delivered. After multiple calls had to collect my oarcel by myself theough the office. Worst service

The seating arrangement was inadequate and there was only one staff member present who appeared to be overwhelmed with work. As it was close to prayer time, the shutter was closed. When we were leaving, the guard did not fully open the gate, which required us to bend significantly in order to exit the shop.

Very poor service. I am dissatisfied with TCS service today. I received an update today regarding my letter after delivering it to Karachi two days ago. I received a response from TCS stating that your letter is being held in the office. What is that conduct? For one day, why are you keeping my letter at your office? Why you hold my letter for one day? Due to TCS's poor service and unprofessional behavior. I lost PKR 500k as a result of my unethical conduct and delayed letter delivery. Who is to blame for my loss now?

Quick service, well trained staff, what else can u ask for?

Staff is helpful and considerate. Location easy to find and accessible, wheelchair access not provided. International courier service available. At times public dealing is closed before designated time by staff to wrap up their work which i found inappropriate.

Good enough service to get your documents transferred nation wide. Not the quickest when it comes to international deliveries. Also the insurance policy on high valued items shipment is kind of shady

Swift service and professional, courteous staff at work. Delivered a fragile package (electronic device i.e., laptop) to Lahore (from Karachi) which was also insured by the firm. Received timely and the charges were economical as well!

Very disappointed at there store when came there for buying crickt tickets for series btwen PAK vs srilanka,first there printers isnot working then they send us to johar branch when reachng there tickets also end nd they told us to go again to this branch when i came here there electricity has gone nd they excuse tht when elctricity came then we give u tickts,tcs a brand name but they havnt able to buy any generator,wht a shame

VERY POOR SERVICE: I wanted to charge my credit card but the machine wasn't working and the staff didn't inform me beforehand. When I started complaining they told me that I can go visit another branch! I had to spend cash for a 10 kg parcel which I was sending abroad. It was more than 15k and I had to pay!! Never going back to this branch at least.

The guy on front desk provided me good info about posting options clearly which was very helpful. They only accept cash and card is not accepted. Also do bring change as at times change is not available and with only one person manning the outlet its not possible for him to leave and get change from other shops. At busy hours there may be some waiting due to one server only.

Best Service All time

Although their rates are a bit higher as compared to other Pakistani Courier Services but their service and timelines is exceptional. No doubt the best courier service in Pakistan.

My experience is good. Nice service but rates are high as compared to other services.
