Unprofessional staff in the grocery counter( staff name: ronalyn flores). She was asking about me about the bag. I said yes. It was not punched along with my item. When I ask bag. She was very rude and angry. I never had this experience in this store. When I left she said sometbing about me to the other colleague. Kindly educate the counter staff, how to behave towards customer.

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order.Item were missing, which was frustrating on its own, but to make matters worse, I found hair in the food. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and quality control. I expected much better in terms of accuracy, cleanliness, and overall service. Such issues are unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety. I hope this is addressed immediately so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

There is a very dangerous hole in the escalator that poses a serious safety risk. I have already informed management twice, but no action has been taken so far. This is extremely concerning, as it could easily cause someone to trip or get injured. I strongly urge the management to address this issue immediately before an accident happens. For everyone visiting, please be very careful when using the escalator.

The Hot Food Section philiphino employees are such a poor in attitudes. She is raising her voice to customer. No politness. Treating customer in a rude manner which i have never seen in any LuLu. donot how these people get recruited here without proper customer care training.

I had a very disappointing experience at Lulu Hypermarket Rashidiya. A billing staff member behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I purchased a slice ice cream and politely asked for a spoon, but she refused in a harsh way. I was left wondering how I was supposed to eat it—just licking it without a spoon? We have shopped at many Lulu outlets before, but this is by far the worst experience. Such rude and unprofessional behavior from staff is completely unacceptable. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, which was clearly lacking here. Very disappointed. I visited Lulu Rashidiya yesterday around 11:40PM. A staff member in the electronics department was rude and unprofessional. When my father asked about a blow dryer, she told him to wait in a harsh tone. We waited 3–5 minutes with no acknowledgment or assistance, so we left and it was very disrespectful. Same day around the same time another female staff member at the vegetable labeling station was also rude. These staff treated us very poorly. Such behavior reflects badly on the store and shows a lack of proper customer service training. I cannot recommend Lulu Rashidiya to friends, family, or colleagues. Very disappointing, a big thumbs👎🏽 Strict action should be taken, and staff must be trained to never be impolite if customer satisfaction matters. I was born and raised here and have never experienced this behavior in any other Lulu centers. All the other lulu I have visited has properly trained staff who serves customer politely. Lulu hypermarker rashidiya is the exact opposite of this. This is by far the worst Lulu I have ever visited. I am amazed how they are so impolite to us customers. Truly disappointed and I am not sure if it will even change after this review. If there was a rating below 1 I would have choosen it. Thanks.

Today I buy panjabi samosa and it’s was raw was not cooked fully. I need solution for this , It’s not meeting your service quality level. I am very upset Surely I will forward this to. Food quality department to look into this I have added some pictures where while part is very visible

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Service Ever This is the second time I am facing the same issue with Lulu Radhidiya, and I am completely fed up. I placed my order at 1:00 PM, and the app clearly showed delivery by 2:00 PM. It is now 3:00 PM and the order is still not delivered. The app keeps showing “items picking” with no real update. I tried calling the store multiple times — no one answers. I called customer care and waited for 30 minutes just to speak to someone, and the executive said he “can’t do anything” and that I just have to wait. This is completely unacceptable. I ordered these items for my lunch. This is not a small inconvenience. Last week the same thing happened — I waited 4 hours with no proper update and finally had to go there myself to collect the items. This is extremely unprofessional and shows zero respect for customers’ time. If you cannot manage delivery timelines, do not promise 1-hour delivery in the app. Very disappointing service. I will seriously reconsider ordering from here again.

Best location to buy groceries in very cheap prices. Not so crowded and they have a lot of best offers on almost every thing every day. Highly recommended

I would like to express my disrepest concern to you all. Today, my mother came to buy a things at your Resshidiya branch. At that time, when she picked up the things and went to the billing area, a Sri Lankan woman and a boy from that place from cashiring. They both spoke to my mother in inappropriate words. If they didn't know that my mother was a Sri Lankan woman, they used unnecessary abusive words. We have been living in Residency for the past 20 years in rashidiya. We are buying goods and equipment from lulu group. For now a days are any other nationality staff are new joining those are much much poor staf before also i heard some bad conversation but women of Philippines country have been running the business from cacheir in a good manner polid and much respect full with a good management. Now, for the first time, such an incident happened today at around 8.35 or 8.40 am. But my mother informed the supervisor about it and only after coming home did she tell me that something like this happened. I am very worried that you should avoid and stops this type of staffs . We know that we are a quality and trustworthy company. We have been there for so long, so I request you please don't take a unrespctable peoples from anywhere 😢

Most of the staffs are rude towards customers as most of them coming to rashidiya lulu are normal people. They think that they are giving things for free. Many people complained already including me, but no change. Think its their policy.
