EPFO District Office Thrissur

The office is located at 3rd floor of Sakthan Arcade, near the Sakthan stand. In map it's showing in Shoranur Road which was 2 years back. I edited in the Google map hope it'll be changed.

I visited EPFO office at Sakthan arcade, Thrissur. The staff Ms Mary and other staff people were very nice & helpful. They attended my queries with patience and gave me proper answers and solutions. Thank you very much. It will be helpful if EPFO updates the address & other details on the Google page, it will reduce the problem of people going to wrong address. And also if someone attends the phone.

They don't generate life certificate using biometric device. Instead would send you to Janseva Kendra. For senior citizens it is running pillar to post, stand in que and pay fee at Janseva Kendra. No service oriented staff at this office.

The staffs are really helpful. The address mentioned is wrong. The office is in a new location now:3rd floor, Sakthan Tower, Arcade Shakthan, Thrissur main, Thrissur, Kerala 680001

I don't know why they have provided the phone number. No one is attending the call when calling in the numbers provided they have also provided images with the numbers to call, but none of them are working. Bad experience in customer service. At least have a person to attend the call and provide help to the people who are calling. Very bad experience.

Office is relocated near Sakthan Stand

Trying to contact on the enquiry number for for 3 days but no response at all. I don’t know why the telephone provided to them and what they’re doing in the office.

They don't attend our call and know how to behave to customers. Please appoint qualified staff.

When i contact them through phone their response was so bad. they are not ready to listen my issue. very rude attitude.

They never pickup phone. Always says busy. Not atall helping just asking us to do at akshya kendra

Cleared my doubts without any hesitation when I visited directly.. But they were not picking calls though it rang continously.
