I recently purchased a 1L pack of Kotmale Fresh Milk from Food Corner and encountered an issue with the product, as it seemed to generate sludge when boiled. I understand that packaging issues may arise; however, I was dissatisfied with the response from the cashier and the female manager. Despite presenting photos and videos of the concern, they directed me to contact Kotmale directly. In my view, the retail shop holds responsibility for the final sale, and I believe a more customer-oriented approach could have been taken. Photos and videos are attached here. Thank you

Great grocery store with lovely staff. However, products aren't really that high quality as I recently purchased match sticks from the store and they didn't work no matter how hard I tried.
