I lived here..Best place to live with good quality of life with good experiences such as gym facilities and swimming pool facilities and car parking facilities.located in colombo 7.very closer to foodcity so that you can buy anything and Apartment is well secured by friendly security service.A/C is available to each apartment house.one seperate parking slot is available without extra charge.very close to borella junction ,National hospital,Asiri Central Hospital, Town hall junction.Ease of access to all key points adds best value to this apartment.

It's an old building, but the view is being developed day by day from its windows, located in the middle of the city, cinnamon Garden residencies hold great space for the residents of it, well maintained and proper procedures have made it so adaptable even for today needs. I really appreciate the ventilation management inside the building, and the view u can enjoy from the balconies or the windows is a masterpiece!!!

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now. Even though the apartment complex is somewhat old, the management has been doing a quite good job with providing service and facilities. The location of the apartment complex has made it possible for the residents to gain access for everything they need easily.

Located in the Colombo 7. Spacious house blocks in the apartment complex. They have good swimming pool and have play area for kids. Secured location. They have private parking facility available for each house and additional parking facility available for visitors.

Bad security service /They don't even know how to properly address the people who come to this building.
