Bad Service from building management. AC Keeps switching off on it's own and the technician never turns up. Then block tenant number. Living in Dubai without AC is a nightmare and this building makes the nightmare true.

An incredibly clean building that is focused on family tenants, outstanding service by all the respective team members inc security team. But specially Ahmed because he was the first and main person I met and introduced me! It is very rare to find such a building within the same area.

They didn’t give me time to clean the apartment. And took 200 aed for cleaning. My move out was today, and I hired a cleaner but they didn’t wanted to give me time for that. They just want to take your last money. Security is hitting on you. Cockroaches are everywhere. It’s a lot money for me. And I feel not safe. Don’t disturb security he is busy living on TikTok every night, can’t ask for anything.

Great building in and out and so the staffs are friendly and efficient in their job. The missing star was for not having a corner or space to dropped off passenger which is a residents of course when you are using taxi or uber.

I have looked after my apartment for two years in mint condition, but it doesn't help they will insist they must repaint etc. Let your kids go wild on the walls. A bunch of robbers!

Very clean building and good spacious homes. 1 star less as it doesn’t have a Swimming pool and Gym is okayish and not very good.

The evening security guy can't be disturbed and have a conversation because he is busy watching a game on his phone.

Modern building in a busy part of Dubai in Al barsha 1. Very clean building with new amenities and nice tenants.
