The staff are very polite and helpful and they speak Arabic and English which is an added advantage for Expatriates. They have a good service but lack of management there is no queue in line If you are waiting and another customer come one officer will take whomever talk to her first while she is working for you if someone come along they willl interfere and take long time to finish 1 by 1 is kind of mess and no respect others time They work like backwards
