Dehiwala Market

Dehiwala Market is a bit off the main road and not very well organized. There is nothing special about it, and it is missing many features. It needs more improvements to be a better place for shopping.

Cheap and reasonable.. Vegetables, fish, meat and groceries. Friendly people with comforting service..

I go there about once a week, but on some day's the place smells quite unpleasant. It would be ideal if the authorities could have the place tiled, then I feel it would be easier to maintain.

Bought meats- beef, mutton- and vegetables. Vegetables are not cheaper than supermarkets . Sweet potatoes were not fresh. Weighing was fake with broken scales. Recommended place for meat buying.

A place to buy fresh vegetables, fish and meat. Very popular among people. Specially meat buyers. Parking is limited. Building should be repaired and maintained!

The place is not clean, smells bad, more expensive than other places, small area and only 3 or 4 shops here.

Daylight robbery. From fish to beaf and even the grocery store is over priced. Some sell over the marked price and I called the supplier and complained..... I don't recommend. Ratmalana open market at least you can bargain because of the competition.

Municipal Council doesn't maintain this location. Most of the shops are closed. Few shops are there you can buy groceries, vegetables, fish and meat except pork.

One meat shop, one vegetable shop, one fish stole and small grocery shop but can improve the building and more stoles. Need to maintain

It's a dump of a market place maintained by the Dehiwela/Mt.Lavinia Municipal Council. It's badly maintained.

I think the market should be reconstructed because its the main market in dehiwala! Am sure they can expect more customers when the market is attractive to the customers

Old market. Should be renovated as not clean. Its run by the Dehiwala Municipal Council

Can improve the building. But good to buy vegetables, fish & meat. Give hands to the needy 👍

Can buy items for reasonable prices, need to keep it more cleaner.

Good Place to buy your essential goods. Prices are slightly high at Vegetable Shop though
