Just got the flat ... Yes it did take few years, but am pretty satisfied with the flat ... The builder's service is pretty good (we had few leaking issues , but the builder fixed it soon) ... It's okay( could have been better)

Good billding , good parking area , Clean and safe location in talegaon Dabhade ✨

Huge society, all buildings have 11 floors and each floor have 10 flats. As compared to society the common are , garden and swimming pool is small. Construction quality is average only. Location is great, good connection to highway and railway station

This is well equipped city with all types of minimum requirements are provided by city developer.

Any project in Talegaon Dabhade is good if you are going to stay here. If you look for investment (to lease)...then you will have to pay property tax 5 to 6 times than the normal residents. Why ? You won't get logical answer. Better to invest your hard earned money elsewhere. Many have done so.

This is best site I ever seen in affordable segment easy connectivity water supply 24 hours all basic needs area there school college hospital near to site this home is in my budget this all good facilities

Mantra city 360 is very nice. Their sizes are small but still they are nice. The photo I shared is the veiw from mantra city's balcony. I am sure you will join mantra as possible after reading my feedback.

It's a gated and good apartment Complex with good security. The flat sizes are smaller but still better than lot of other societies in Talegaon.

its my worst experience when i talk about mantra. it was november 2015 i booked a flat in mantra city 360 talegaon and by the so called professional sales team, i was been assured that i will get possession within 2 years, and for the first one year after booking, the project was not even started. i regret buying flat there after spending my hard earned money..... mantra is useless and cheat their customers.... all fake committments........

Isolated and pleasant experience to live, neat and tidy in maintenance with various amenities for the community people; it has all types of shops within it such as for groceries, ice cream, cafe, tailoring, medicines

I was going to get 1 BHK FALT talegoun in mantra proprio 360 in 2017 and flat2019 in March but still I did not get my flat and the staff there did not give further details, we are very disappointed to get a flat here.
