We usually visit the Baskin-Robbins store at Vijay Path, Mansarovar, and every single time the experience has been absolutely wonderful. The first thing that stands out is the hygiene and cleanliness of the store — everything is always perfectly maintained, fresh, and well organized. The atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable every time we step in. But the best part of this place is definitely the uncle who manages the store. He always welcomes us with such a warm heart and genuine smile that it never feels like just another ice cream outlet. His way of talking, serving, and suggesting flavors is truly top notch. Very humble, polite, and professional at the same time. The service is always quick, respectful, and handled with great care. You can clearly see the dedication and positivity he brings to the store every day. It’s rare to find people who treat customers with such kindness and consistency nowadays. Overall, one of the best Baskin-Robbins outlets we have visited. Great hygiene, amazing service, delicious ice creams, and an even better person running the place. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Mansarovar.

I ordered unicorn sundae which was really good in presentation and as they say every bite is different in taste which was not true . Taste was good .

Great Baskin Robins outlet. They had a large menu of Sundae options and the server was really great in helping us decide.

Didn't let use the gift card ..until pushed ...the person on the counter had to speak to the owner of the outlet just to get a gift coupon redeemed ... earlier the owner was resentful using the gift coupon saying that it was not meant for his outlet however the it was clearly mentioned on the coupon email that it is valid across the BR outlets, had to push to use the coupon & with no surprise it got redeemed....the country has moved digital age & they need to train people before running such franchise.
