Absolutely one of the worst car rental experiences in Ajman. This company operates in a highly questionable and unprofessional manner, and I strongly believe it should be investigated by the authorities. I was forced to change cars 2–3 times because the vehicles provided were faulty and unreliable. It appeared that none of the cars had no proper insurance coverage. Eventually, I was given a Nissan Sunny, but even that did not resolve the ongoing issues. After I had an accident, I was initially pressured into paying AED 1500, which I paid. Shockingly, they later demanded an additional 20% of the repair cost—something that was never disclosed or agreed upon at the time of rental. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and misleading. The staff demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and competence. The entire operation raises major concerns, including the possibility that vehicles are being run without valid insurance and under questionable registration practices. This situation should be formally reported to the Ajman Traffic Department and the Ministry of Interior. It is alarming that such a business is allowed to operate, and serious questions need to be asked about how they obtained a license and continue to function under these conditions. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad experience. Not recommended. The cars are not clean, and they charge for damages that were already present before handover. Staff behavior is also not acceptable. I rented thinking Ajman would be cheaper, but prices are almost the same as Dubai—some Dubai rentals are even cheaper. Rental cars should not be more than 5–6 years old, yet this company has vehicles from 2016–2019 in their fleet. This really needs to be checked by the concerned departments. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This rental car company is very bad and does not have good cars. I rented a Nissan Sunny, and it was in poor condition. The car was not clean at all and had a very strong smoking smell inside. They unfairly charged me for scratches and also kept my deposit.I had to call them all day, today and tomorrow, just to ask about my money, and the office kept giving lame excuses, saying there was no money available. Very unprofessional service and the worst rental experience I’ve had. I do not recommend this company.

Worst car rental experience. The car was poorly maintained and not worth the money. If payment is delayed even by one day, they remotely switch off the car without proper communication or understanding. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to customers. Very poor customer service overall. I would not recommend this rental company to anyone.

Not recommended-Heavy and unjustified Charges, garbage cars-I clearly meant Al Sayara Al Sareea Car Rental near Grand Mall, so stop trying to dodge responsibility with this lame excuse about name confusion. What is the point of your reply now — will you refund the money or give a car free for one month? Obviously not. Instead of these useless, copy-paste responses, you should admit the truth: pathetic service, garbage-condition cars, and heavy, completely unjustified charges, run by a un professional sitting in the office who have no idea how to deal with customers professionally. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and your response only confirms how careless and unprofessional your operation is.

I used to rent a car from them in monthly basis and I really appreciate the full team and specially Mr. Amal who provides the best service as usual. I highly recommend to use them as they are professional and reliable.

Everything good! I took Nissan sunny, new car with 15000 km on odo, cheap and good fuel consumption ( 7 liter/100 km) . Deposit for car I receive in hometown after 2 weeks. Send by money transfer.

Possibly the best car rental around. I rented cars from them for almost 2 years. If the cars ever had issues they were resolved immediately. Customer service was 5 stars I would highly recommend them to everyone if you'd like a hassle free service with peace of mind. Thanks a lot in particular to Ms Lee who was very helpful throughout my rental period. I have used some other rental places and they can be rude and make excuses for not returning deposit. Not the case with Al sayara Al Sareea top notch service all round.
