Absolutely horrible experience with Tuskey Furniture. I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid this shop. Last month, I purchased one wardrobe and two dressing tables from them and paid the full amount before delivery. Even after full payment, the delivery was delayed. Before purchase, we personally saw the products in their stock and they assured us that everything would be cleaned and properly prepared before delivery. None of that was done. The products arrived dusty, uncleaned, and one of the dressing tables didn’t even have a mirror attached. We were promised that the mirror would be fixed either the same day or the next day, but that never happened. To make things worse, the delivery team damaged one of the dressing tables during transit. For the next three weeks, my wife and I kept following up continuously for a replacement. We spoke to nearly 5–6 different people, and nobody took responsibility or gave a proper resolution. The owner himself was extremely rude and never even listened properly to our concerns. Finally, after multiple follow-ups and wasting hours at the shop, they said they would only replace the damaged dressing table with another model that was more expensive than the one we originally purchased. There was no refund option given at all. We were forced to pay extra money just to get a replacement for a product THEY damaged. What was even more disappointing was that despite their mistake, they didn’t even have the courtesy to waive the delivery charges. Instead, they demanded additional payment for delivery and clearly stated that the replacement product would only be delivered after we paid the extra amount in the shop. We purchased products worth more than ₹40,000, yet there was absolutely no trust, accountability, or customer service from their side. While sitting in the shop for hours, I also noticed multiple other customers facing similar complaints and frustrations. They make promises just to close the sale and completely fail to honor them later. Extremely unprofessional business with zero concern for customers after payment is made. Please do not waste your money, time, or peace of mind here. Even visiting the shop for enquiry is not worth it.

We purchased a dressing table in May and paid the full amount in advance because the owner insisted on full payment before delivery. When the product was delivered, it was clearly an old, depreciated piece instead of a new one. The wood was peeling, the finish was damaged, and the quality was completely unacceptable. We immediately returned it and were promised a replacement within 1–2 weeks, but months passed with no proper updates. The owner later promised that the replacement would be delivered by 11 July 2026 or our money would be refunded. Neither happened. When we asked for a refund, he became extremely rude, shouted at us, made excuses instead of taking responsibility, and even threatened to “handle it legally.” His wife also behaved rudely and gave no proper explanation. After wasting our time for months, the owner refused to replace the product as well. Looking at other customer reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated incident. ****Very unprofessional service and a complete waste of money. Don’t even spend ₹1 at this shop.****

I purchased furniture from Tusky Furniture Coimbatore. The materials are good, customer service was very friendly, and the price was reasonable. Overall, a good place to buy budget furniture in Coimbatore.

Worst customer services i have ever seen, sales person shanthi and company owner vignesh need to learn what is customer service. Ordered 5 products in December 2025 and they promised will deliver in 40 days and made us to pay the full payment as well but we received the products in March 2026, they took solid 3 months. In between they were asking us to pay 20k again for the product we ordered since they can’t make alteration in way we asked. Whenever we call their sales person she will say will update in the evening or in one day but she never came back with the answer or solution. Owner attitude was too good before getting the money once the payment is done it’s completely changed, worst attitude and behaviour. Completely disappointed with their service.

Purchased a teak cot in August 2025, and within months, a serious vertical crack has developed in one of the legs. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be durable and long-lasting. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from the shop. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been absolutely no response or effort to resolve the issue. Poor product quality combined with zero customer support makes this a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend buying from them if this is how they treat their customers after the sale.

Avoid Tusky Furniture - Terrible Service and Defective Items We had a horrible experience buying a sofa and a diwan here. The first product was completely defective—the cushions were incredibly thin and felt like a hard bus seat with no reclining. It took them over 3+ painful months to give us a replacement because the employees and the owner do not communicate with each other. They even misdelivered our replacement to another customer first! To make it worse, the replacement sofa is also defective. When we asked about the faulty pieces, the sales person was incredibly rude, refused to give any discount, and arrogantly asked if we were just trying to get the furniture for free instead of paying extra. Highly unprofessional behavior and substandard quality. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered furniture for our new home and paid an advance in December 2025, but the owner Vignesh insisted on full payment before starting the work, so we paid in full. Despite that, it took more than 3 months to deliver the products. We had to visit the shop repeatedly just to get updates, and even then, there were no clear answers. Phone calls were rarely answered or properly addressed. Throughout the process, they were only focused on demanding payments rather than providing service. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would give 0 stars if possible and would never recommend this shop to anyone.

Bought a corner sofa in 2023 and still it is good. The price was less out of 5 other stores I visited. Buying a dressing table again this year which feels premium at competitive price.

The customer service at Tusky Furniture was excellent. I purchased a computer table and a rolling chair from them, which they offered at a good discounted price. Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend buying from Tusky Furniture.
