Very disappointing experience at Sector 6 Post Office, Udaipur. My Aadhaar card update has been pending for the last two months, and there has been no proper response or follow-up from the staff.

Staff response is poor Aadhar update tokens are only given at 9 am and if you arrive 10 min like at 9.10 they refuse to do your work and say to come next day There is no official information of such on post office portal for aadhar update Work must done in working hours

Have been struggling for 3 days to collect token for adhar updation,, the staff is extremely unsupportive, they don't even listen . They distribute 50 tokens for which people gather at 6/6.30 am in the morning. Many of us have requested them to raise the limit to 100 but there was no response. The lady at the adhar updation window is extremely rude

The behaviour of the employees in this post office is very bad. Moreover, the agents deposit money in 3 accounts at the same time due to which the common people have to wait in line for an hour to deposit and withdraw the payment. When I tell the postmaster about this, he says that the staff is on leave. I would like to formally request the post office department to investigate this matter and take necessary action.

Worst Post Office . I need to create adhaar card for my son . They open office at 9 am and wants us to stand from 7 am to get token successfully , since they give only 40 - 50 tokens per day. I am going daily from 3 days at 8.15 am in this cold weather , but still unable to get token , due to huge number of people waiting for their turn. Atleast they should give token for 100 + each day or make this process online or give it to e-mitra . Staff is very rude and lazy there. They Don't want to work much and hence making excuses like this.

Totally time waste. No speed in speed post service. Super slow.

Definitely not the best post office of Udaipur.. while speed post and postal services are average, I had a very bad experience when I went to get my son's aadhar updated. They expect people to come at exact 9.00am to collect the token/ aadhar form for updation. They claim that they are giving 25 forms every day... but if you see the statistics for this office on aadhar website, probably less than 10 are being done per day. I went on 3 different days to collect the token/ forms but each time I was unlucky as they claimed that they have already distributed 25 forms for the day. They don't give any forms for the next day. I even talked to the lady manager but the staff literally prevented her from helping me. Thankfully recently Bandhan Bank in Sec-3 has been given permission for aadhar updation. And the staff is quite helpful. I would recommend people to go there for aadhar updation

EK NUMBER KE BEKAR LOG LOG HAI , YE BOOKING VALE UNCLE SAMJTE HAI KI LOG PAGAL HAI OR INKE TIME KI KOI VALUUE NHI HAI , OR BAAT KRNE KA TARIKA TO AISA HAI JAISE KOI INSE PAISE UDHAR MAANG RHA HO . INKE KHILAF JALD SE JALD KOI KARYAVAHI HONI CHAIYE , TOTALY TIME WASTING HAI YE LOG , BS BAITHE RHENA PSANAD HAI. DISTRICT COLLECTOR SE APEAL KRNA CHAUNGA KI IS PERSON KE KHILAF ACTION LEVE.

Third class experience. The staff who is responsible for passbook printing is not cooperative at all. His attitude towards customer is horrible and behaviour is very rude . I couldn't figure out his name. Beawar of going to this post office and don't risk your investment because same person will make you run for your own money.

worst service by indian post its been 22 days(5th January to 26th January) and my speed post is not delivered at delivery address 😒 and tracking is not showing. At lest return hi kar do yaar please 😡 22 din se udaipur se Ahmedabad speed post nahi pahuncha. Had hoti he kaam chori ki bhi . . Very bad experience it's been 7 days and still my currier is not delivered at address with speed post. distance is only 270 km 🤦🏻‍♂️ no one is responding properly they said it will deliver in 3 days. I'm not getting reply against my complaints till today.... I'm really disappointed with Indian post

Below average , for the aadhar card updation , i visited like 3 4 time they said site is not working come tomorrow and said in unproper language and for speed post they said it will deliver in 4 day but after 10 day it will deliver worst service in udaipur.

They were told me that post office will be open at 8:30AM daily for providing a (tokens) only, but they were laying with us.., because today i am here from 7:21Am and now present timing is 8:30Am and this post office is still showing closed and i am still waiting for the opening of this post office.

Lunch 1 pm to 1:30 pm. Speed post closes at 3 pm Monday to Friday and at 2 pm on Saturday.

Much better then the last office. This one has good space and good enough services. More than that, after all its Govt. Office.

V Bad experience. Workers remain on leave and busy in doing work which customer cannot understand .

First thing never visit if you do please don't courier anything from them if you do courier 90% chances are there that it will not get delivered to location after 2 months also

Post Office working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 1 pm and 1:30 pm to 2 pm Saturday 9 am to 12 pm
