been nearly 2 months A/C is not working... after complaining multiple times no response from the concern team... and in this summer its impossible to stay... kids keeps waking up at night , no proper sleep, have to get up early in the morning to go to school. inhumane people...

Worst service ever. If you hear they are managing property please stay away from them and be careful. My tenancy contract start almost before 2 months but still impossible move inside apartment. No water, No AC, water heater missing, door missing, all apartment have water leaking.they will promise you we are doing quotation and we are fixing but nothing will get from them att all. Be careful with them. Even they don’t want compensate this 2 months for me. Honestly I wanna cry every day and put blame my self why I took property from them

I will never give them 1 star even , they will say this buildings are only for family but in reality all bachelors and partitions, living there with family ,Only family men will understand . About their Property Manager Sharma ,ohh no very very Unprofessional they will charge you commission in the beginning and nearly to the end on contract they will raise the rent and will not do any maintenance as they promise at the beginning , they claim they are good , i think when sleeps

Asteco property management is the worst. I rented out an apartment in one of the buildings they are managing. I moved into the apartment last month, but to date, they have not shared the tenancy agreement. Despite multiple follow-ups, their reason is that the landlord is out of town. We are living in Dubai, the most advanced cities in the world. The E-signatue feature allows anyone to sign documents from anywhere. If tenants or landlords do not receive the required documents in a timely manner, it undermine the purpose of effective property management.

The worst experience in real estate in uae ... don't ever go with them .. if you read all the customers reviews about them and insist to go with them you deserve what will happen to you.

I moved out оf one оf thеir units аbout а month аgo, аnd I'm honestly quitе disаppointed with my exрerience deаling with this рroрerty mаnаgеmеnt comраny. Whаt reаlly gets under my skin is thе wаy thеy'vе misrepresented thе terms оf my tenаncy contrаct tо сhаrge me fоr things thаt simрly don't аррly. Тhey'rе deduсting а whopping three-quаrters оf my security deрosit. Thеir communicаtion lеаvеs а lоt tо bе desired. I'vе hаd tо sеnd numerous emаils аnd follow-up reminders just tо get аny kind оf response frоm thеm. And whеn I'vе tried cаlling, it's аlwаys thе sаme stоry: "Let us chеck аnd cаll you bаck," but thаt cаll bаck nеvеr seems tо hаppеn. Тo аdd tо thе frustrаtion, whilе thеy wеrе аll smiles аnd еvеn оffered me а frее month's rеnt whеn I moved in, thеir аttitude hаs tаken а cоmplete U-turn whеn it comes tо mоving out. And here's аnothеr heаds-up: bе reаdy fоr substаntiаl rеntаl increаses with eаch tenаncy contrаct renewаl. In а nutshеll, my exрerience with this рroрerty mаnаgеmеnt comраny hаs bеen fаr frоm pleаsаnt. I wоuld strоngly cаution аnyone thinking аbout using thеir services tо think twicе.
