Extremely happy with their service. Had completed the Id card verification cia their App in playstore,so there was not much delay in getting the vehicle from the office. Once i fill the form in the office and office staff took photos of the vehicle, i was good to go. Booked activa via their app, scooter was in good condition and had a mileage of around 45kms. Only thing i like them to update is to allow 2 free helmets and only provide helmets with front glass shield, as we will be travelling through vilage areas and flies will be there. Max km limit and max speed limit is given in the app, so we followed that. 1900rs for 2.5 days including 1 additional helmet, it was worth considering the amount we saved by not coming with a package. Price is variable for different scooters. When we gave back vehicle, process was also smooth. Everyone need to check the condition of vehicle and take photos of vehicle at first, so you don't have any issues later. Looks like most of the reviwers had issues with id verification process time, which can be done online.

Overall a great experience, bike was in a good condition and properly cleaned and maintained. Definitely recommend. I have done the booking earlier and done all the process in time.

They were really cooperative in proving the rental bikes. The scooters were in a decent condition, compared to other parts of India where I’ve personally rented this one is by far the best I’ve drove. Glad we chose to partner with you for our Wayanad trip. I must appreciate that we got a buffer of 30 mins to submit the vehicle which was indeed very helpful and the customer care were easy to access rather than being complicated to extend our drop off time. We also got an additional 20% off on our rides at Karapuzha Dam activities, since we rented from RB they’ve partnered with them, so Incase if you are renting a scooter or bike have an eyes on these as offers and quality provided is better than most of the average providers✨.

They are the only one having rented two wheelers so no other option, they are okay, price is little high and helmet charge is extra. But condition was pretty good and mileage of vehicle too.

terrible bike, the right side mirror fell off while driving, and the left one was extremely loose. the bike was dirty and looked very bashed up. the bike shifter was also extremely small and often did not shift properly. the overall ride quality was also not good at all. the helmets provided were without visors, and full face helmets weren’t available. worst of all the rear brakes were totally not working, which in a place like wayanad with the hilly roads is extremely dangerous. we rented a hornet 160. i messaged the customer service about the issues but they told if the bike is running then only the person at the physical location will help, which i dint do as we were on an extremely tight schedule and arguing with the physical worker there wudve taken at least an hour. overall terrible experience, but the sad part is there is no other alternative in kalpetta. their only good thing was that their rates were very reasonable. moreover, it also seemed like we were unlucky with the bike given to us as there were a lot of much better condition looking bikes at the lot, but they were already booked so we could not exchange.

Unsafe Bike, Zero Support, Stranded – Refund Required Rented a Royal Enfield 500cc at 8 PM yesterday and parked it at my resort. In the morning, the bike had a puncture. I immediately called the emergency contact, but was bluntly told they do not help with punctures—completely unacceptable for a rental service. On inspection, the bike also has serious safety issues: • Heavy handle vibration after riding • Poor braking • Bike clearly overdue for servicing I requested a replacement, but it has now been over 5 hours with no response. The emergency number has stopped answering calls. Because of this negligence, my entire day is wasted and I am stranded with no assistance within 12 km. This is irresponsible and unsafe. I am demanding a full refund for this rental and expect the owner/management to contact me immediately. Avoid this rental if you value safety or support.

Rented a bike from Royal Brothers – Kalpetta (Wayanad). 🏍️ Booking and vehicle availability were okay, but the pickup process took a bit more time than expected. 🧹 The bike condition was average — maintenance could definitely be improved. 🧑‍💼 Staff were cooperative, but the process could be smoother and faster. 👍 Overall, an okay option for bike rental, but better maintenance and quicker service would improve the experience.

I rented Desert storm 500 from this store and dropped the bike at Wayanad center at 6:50pm (supposed to end at 7:30pm) and the centre is refusing to end the ride. We had a bus to catch at 7 pm hence we had to leave the bike there and go. Now they're calling and harrassing us for money saying that we damaged the vehicle. I sent them videos of the vehicle taken at the store before renting the bike. All the damages are clear in that video. Additionally the headlights weren't working and we had to get that fixed from a local mechanic at night. There was no reimbursement given to us. We got a call from them saying they won't end the ride and charge us extra.

I would suggest we do not book rentals from here. Royal brothers is scamming us- for convenience. Firstly- we have to pay extra for 2 helmets? Which other brand would charge us this? Secondly- the store asks us to fill a register- even after the application is all online- what’s the point of added paperwork if this does not serve any good and is just a poor customer experience? Thirdly- Each and every rental service provider understands customer service and looks to provide reasonable prices-this just doesn’t align with how these folks are doing business here, they would only want to charge extra wherever possible. It is not a 24 h service model- it is a pricing model which is unfair to users- both in terms of time and in terms of kilometres to be used. Go for other 2 wheeler rentals- there is one here and I really hope more come which actually look to benefit the user along with maintaining business ethics. Do not spend your time and effort here. Look to benefit other local businesses by hiring from them and working it out on the basis of shared terms. Long term Royal brothers user- but would never go back to this branch and wouldn’t suggest to anyone visiting either.

Okay experience, i faced few issues like side mirror shaking (not fixed), no light on speedo meter ( not fixed) and decky not locking(fixed after visiting them in the night) they won't exchange the scooter as they don't have vehicles is not available, they have all there vehicles booked in Kalapetta wayanad location. Things are very far far only 3 rental services in Kalpetta, so i had to adjust. RB pricing is lesser than the other rental services in Kalapetta. Royal brother main Customer service is good they are available on calls for any queries.

They run a completely unprofessional and dishonest service. We rented a Fascino scooty from Royal Brothers, Kalpetta for 3 days, and despite returning it in the exact same condition, they falsely accused us of causing dents near the headlight and bonnet. There was absolutely no damage from our side, yet they shamelessly charged an extra ₹1500 with no proper justification. This feels like a deliberate scam to extract money from customers at the time of return. On top of that, the staff behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. They were uncooperative, spoke arrogantly, and even refused to properly return our driving license on time. Avoid this place at all costs. If you’re planning to rent a vehicle in Kalpetta, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this branch. Completely unreliable and a terrible experience overall.

Booked a scooter online, and when I reached the location, the vehicle was ready on time. I did a quick test drive and found it to be in good condition. The delivery was smooth and hassle-free, and we used the scooter throughout our entire Wayanad trip without any issues. Overall, the service was good.

We have made booking for 2 days . Firstly staffs were not that welcoming .. Most importantly we didn't even ride that scooty for 30 km we had weird sound from scooty. We reached nearby mechanic shop he said clutch belt is gone n need to be.. we had to change our whole plan n returned the bike.. Very worst maintenance of vehicles

I am writing to formally escalate an issue regarding the Royal Enfield 500cc bike I rented from you yesterday at around 8:00 PM in Wayanad Royal brothers I rode the bike to my resort with a planned full-day trip scheduled for today. Unfortunately, this morning I faced a puncture issue along with other serious concerns with the bike, including: - Excessive vibration in the handle after riding for a few minutes - Brake performance that clearly requires servicing I immediately contacted the emergency support number provided to report the puncture. I mentioned only the puncture at that time, assuming the other issues could be managed temporarily so that my trip would not be disrupted. However, I was informed that there is no roadside assistance available even for a puncture, which is unacceptable for a rented motorcycle. I clearly requested either immediate assistance or replacement/exchange of the vehicle. As of now, it is 2:30 PM, and despite reporting the issue twice, I have not received any call, update, or resolution from your team. Due to this delay and the condition of the bike, my entire day’s travel plan has been completely disrupted. I request you to please urgently intervene and resolve this matter immediately, either by: - Providing a replacement bike in proper working condition, or - Offering a suitable resolution/refund for the loss caused. A scratch in the lower part of the scooty and charged wooping 2100 Rs. In which he could buy the new parts itself. LOOT SYSTEM seriously. Paint charges will not be more then 500 Rs., if covering the entire lower body also. Looting in the name of terms and conditions, and when I asked in customer service than he denied to and said what ever our employee said that ull have to pay. I asked, if I delete my proile from RB App. then my data will also be removed from your system, then he replied that removing the entire data is not possible, I would suggest don't get into such stuffs, go for different rental services or have ur own vehicle. Zero customer support,zero responsibility,total wastage of our hard earned money..I had booked the scooter for a day from July 4th morning 10.30to july 5th morning 11.But bcz of rain i can't pick up the scooter .By 1.30 they call me and asked my why don't you come for pick up.i said I will come after 2 pm..after 2 they call me and said my booking was from July 4 ,10.30 to 11 am ,only for half an hour..😅 I paid more than 800 for a day booking and atlast they denied the bike and said bike got another booking by evening.i tried to call customer care several times but no one picking up the calls..So don't book bike from them.
