No words can truly explain how delicious the desserts are here. Every single time I come back, I fall in love with this place all over again. From the elegant, fancy atmosphere to the amazing service, everything feels just right and well thought out. This time we ordered the dark hot chocolate, and wow… rich, deep, and perfectly balanced, topped with a soft marshmallow that slowly melts and takes it to another level. We also tried the Patchi chocolate cake, which was pure indulgence — rich, silky, and full of flavor without being too heavy. And of course, the Saint Sebastian cheesecake… creamy, smooth, slightly caramelized on the outside, and absolutely irresistible. It’s one of those places where every bite feels special and you can tell the quality from the first spoon. Consistently amazing, worth every visit, and easily one of my favorite dessert spots.

The cookie was dreamy but the hot chocolate wasn’t my favorite. You can enjoy the outdoor and great weather

This Branch located in Sama Beirut is a good option to enjoy a coffee, dessert or even food. The place is casual and classy at the same time. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They are attentive and friendly. The service is swift. It is the house of dessert so You can imagine what chocolate can do there. you can taste New concepts and desserts. They have a variety of hot and cold drinks.

A fuir!!!!! Les prix sont exorbitants pour une qualité zéro. Pas d ambiance. Et le personnel est totalement incompétent et fainéant, aucun sens du service ni du commerce. Le personnel reste adossé au mur complètement incompétent et inutile. Quand on a un personnel aussi nul les clients s en vont et ne reviennent pas et vont dépenser leur argent ailleurs. Il y a beaucoup d endroits mille fois mieux à Beirut que cet endroit. A FUIR

Employees at the chocolate store should be discharged from how rude they are! Never buying again unfortunately this kind of stores had taken off before and gained a reputation.. after that the service became trash ! Nothing special anymore way better option out there. You are literally buying for the name now! Your employees are missing alot of training and finesse in their taste!

The waiter was super rude i wanted to sit in a chair but instead of telling me sorry its reserved he just removed the chair where i wanted to sit and looked at me for like 30 sec how rude. And then he was super mean with us when we were ordering and smiling at people who looked like they had money. Service was a 0/10

Impressive building especially on Ramadan and christmas with the amazing decoration managed by Patchi. Also..patchi proved that is has the best chocolate in lebanon..my favourite being crunchi biscuits..they do have a large selection so you can choose what you prefer. They also have amazing ornements.
