Daisy has been going here since July time and honestly is so happy being there. She runs into Daycare and up to the handlers with so much energy and leaves happy and exhausted. This is an amazing achievement as she can be so unsure around people she doesn’t know but the staff all love her and she equally loves them! They really do care for her and send regular pictures and updates and even inform of any concerns they may have. She also has a group of doggy friends which is so cute to see her with the same dogs each day playing together. You can tell the staff genuinely enjoy working and bonding with them. She has done both daycare and boarding and the staff have always been so kind and accommodating to our needs even with last minute requests! They are also super informative and the photo shoots they do for Halloween and our baby announcement was just the absolute best! Such a fantastic facility I would recommend it to anyone!

There are no words for how amazing this daycare is. We have tried a few, but Petsville DIP is the best by far. They really care about our dogs, the pictures they send us really show our pups are having a great time. The giant swimming pool is great for our golden and our hydrophobe terrier even loves the play pool. We could not recommend this place and the people who work there more!

My labrador loves it here! I can’t recommend Petsville more, especially this branch. There is a reason I drive from Abu Dhabi to send her each holiday. The daily photos and updates are such a nice touch when you’re away from your beloved pet. The facilities are excellent and I love knowing my dog gets the attention she needs. The sleeping quarters are roomy and this is all included in the price. Staff are always so friendly and know Molly by name. Thank you, Petsville!

My two huskies have been going to daycare here since August and they absolutely love it! I felt so at ease from the initial assessment day. I love the daily photos and updates showing how much fun they’ve had, and which friends they have made that day! The team also go completely over and beyond, particularly with the festive photo shoots and even throwing a little birthday party for one of the dogs on her birthday 🥰 They both love going in and are always so excited to go back!

I’ve been using Petville for over 7-years for our boarding and daycare needs. When they opened DIP I was so happy as it’s a close location for us. We boarded our late senior dog Buddy there and the Petsville team always went the extra mile to ensure his wellbeing and comfort, putting fur mum guilt at ease! We now have a new energetic addition to our family, Truffle & she loves going for daycare with Petsville DIP:)

The best doggy day-care in Dubai. Charlie loves going there. The staff are super nice and friendly. They have been so kind and patient with Charlie. Charlie has done day-care and boarding. They take such good care of the furry ones. I would highly recommend Petsville DIP.

This place is simply amazing. Simba stayed there for 2 nights, and the staff, playtime, and large cage made it easier for him to relax. The fact that they take him out a few times a day is amazing, and they send multiple photos every day so you don’t have to worry about your pet. The cage is a great size, they play area is amazing, and the staff seem super friendly. There’s a good amount of sunlight and the air conditioning is always on, even at night. Overall great place to leave your pet.

We love Petsville at the The Petshop. We always use them for pet grooming and boarding. They take great care of our Havanese and send daily photos and videos during boarding. Huge facility and play area with pools and exercise areas.

Petsville DIP is fantastic! My dog is always thrilled to go there, and the staff take such great care of them. Their taxi service is a huge help and makes everything so convenient. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Petsville enough. The facilities, the cleanliness but most importantly, the staff. We have tried so many day care/boarding establishments but they are by far the best. The people are so kind, and I feel at ease leaving our beloved boy in their care. Best doggy daycare in Dubai. We’ve been regularly sending Yogi for both daycare and boarding ever since the branch opened and couldn’t be happier. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and accommodating to last minute changes and rebookings and the handlers truly care for the dogs and it shows in Yogi’s excitement during drop off and in the daily updates they share with us. Highly recommended

Petsville isn’t just a dog care facility—it’s like a five-star resort for pups, and ours absolutely loves it! The team here is incredible. They know exactly what they’re doing, especially with big breeds like our Rottweiler, which isn’t something you find everywhere in Dubai. Gaby and her team treat every dog like family, and it shows. Our boy always comes home happy, tired, and wagging his tail. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved, cared for, and totally spoiled, Petsville is it. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Petsville, especially as I’ve always been very happy with their service in the past. Unfortunately, it seems the standards of care, interaction, and honesty levels have dropped. Both of my dogs picked up a wound during their stay - only one was reported to me. I’d left clear instructions for my dogs to stay together, but later found out from a handler that this didn’t happen. I also asked for a simple update on my dog’s injury and didn’t receive a reply for several days. Good communication and transparency are so important - hiding things from clients will only erode trust and send customers elsewhere. I really hope this was just a one-off, i’ll need some assurances before I feel comfortable bringing my pets back. Sorry to leave this review but i believe it’s important to highlight as I’m sure you’d prefer Petsville avoids the pitfalls of other daycares in the region.

Highly recommend the team and facilities at Petsville DIP! My pup absolutely loves attending daycare and playing with all the other dogs safely. We receive photo updates regularly and can see she is so happy to be there. Boarding is seamless and I feel calm and safe knowing she is in clean facilities and under the care of the team.
