Extremely bad experience with Geepas. I purchased a Geepas Digital Infrared Cooker (Model: GIC6101K), and the product turned out to be faulty with in 8 days from purchased. Despite the item being under 2 years warranty and having all valid purchase proof, the support process has been very inconvenient and disappointing. Instead of providing a simple replacement, customers are asked to visit service centers, which is not practical for everyone. This reflects poor product quality and weak customer service. A reliable brand should stand behind its products and offer smooth after-sales support, but unfortunately, Geepas fails in this aspect. I would not recommend Geepas products to others due to this bad experience. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate this matter to Dubai Consumer Protection. Very disappointed.
