We had a wonderful wedding experience at Fern Tree Resort. Our friends and family truly enjoyed the stay, food, service, and overall atmosphere. The venue was beautiful, well-maintained, and created the perfect ambience for our special day. The staff were supportive and cooperative throughout the event, making everything smooth and memorable. We had a wonderful family stay at Fern Tree Resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambience of the resort is very pleasant for families. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made our experience even better. Hospitality was truly appreciated. Overall, a great place for a family vacation.

Absolutely amazing experience!. I would rate this one of the best stay in wayanad around kabini river. Very friendly and well behaved staffs, hospitality is too good. Major highlight is the pool, one of the biggest i have seen in a Resort. Akhil helped us in booking, guiding us to hotel and available all the time until we checked out. Very good and humble guy!.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious with a balcony. The pool is the highlight. One of the biggest pools I have seen. Well maintained too. There is a games room where one can engage in carroms, TT or pool table. The hotel arranged a musical night as part of new year eve, followed by fireworks at the dawn of the new year. The food was good. The staff were cordial, esp. Akhil. Good parking space is available. There is a roof top facility where one can sit and enjoy the view & cool breeze. There is a gym with many equipments as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fern Tree Resort. It caters for all your needs for a relaxing time, and features many facilities. Akhil the manager was very attentive and responsive to our needs. He very much provided a personal service. The breakfast was limited in selection but the quality and quantity was excellent. We are more than happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you

Very poor service We booked 7 rooms, AC was not working in one room, didn't rectify after the compliant also, Didn't provide mic set and auditorium also. We came with bus, bus can't reach till the resort, also didn't provide the transport from the bus parking to the resort. We walked with luggages. Swimming pool opening time also not in line with costomer requirements..(It was closed till 8:45 AM) Plus point is Resort is very neat and clean...

We recently had a sales meet. Stayed there with a group of about 25 people for 5 days. The food, location and the service is great. However what stands out extraordinarily is the service and support given by the Manager Mr. Akhil Benny. In the recent times, I have hardly come across such a caring and nice person. He went the extra mile to see that every thing is in order. He travelled with us on every outings in the evening to ensure that we are taken care off. My sincere appreciation and best wishes to Akhil Benny.

If heaven had a front desk, it would be this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless - warm, genuine, and two steps ahead of anything we needed. The staff remembered our names, our coffee order, and even left us a handwritten note on day two. The room quality is unmatched. Spotless, beautifully designed, and every detail feels five-star. The bed was cloud-level comfortable, the bathroom felt like a luxury spa, and everything just worked. But the view... wow. Waking up to floor-to-ceiling windows framing untouched nature was unreal. Mountains rolling into mist in the morning, golden sunsets at night, and total silence except for birds and wind. We sat on the balcony for hours and forgot our phones existed. Best service. Best quality. Best view. We’re already planning our return. If you’re debating booking — stop debating

Spent a weekend in this beautiful property and very impressed with the warmth of the entire team..Thank you Akhil, Manju, Rohit, Sunil and the others...the rooms are very nicely maintained. The Food though limited options were very good..The pool is also nicely maintained..Probably the Spa department needs a relook..the receptionist looked disinterested even to listen to us. A short pleasant drive takes you to the Kuruva island where you can spend some time

It's nice place, rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is good and they do have Jain options as well. Manager and staff are good, they take good care of guests. They do suggest nice places nearby to visit. We had very comfortable stay here. Strongly recommend this place for holiday visits. Thanks

Fern tree resort : Nestled within a rubber plantation, this resort offered a truly quiet and family-friendly escape. We found the place to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with genuinely friendly and helpful staff. They even went the extra mile to arrange a driver and guide right from the resort, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful surrounding area. The food was a definite highlight—both delicious and hygienically prepared. The resort is absolutely worth the stay and the experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Fern Tree Resort, Wayanad. Special thanks to Akhil Benny for excellent coordination throughout our visit—everything was smooth and well managed. The swimming pool is a major attraction; since there was less crowd, it felt almost like a private pool, offering great privacy and relaxation. The room and bathroom were nearby, spacious, and very clean. The balcony view is absolutely worth watching, especially during sunset, which was truly beautiful. Overall, a peaceful and memorable experience.

Excellent stay at Fern Tree Resort – Highly recommended! Our stay at Fern Tree Resort was truly wonderful. The resort is conveniently located close to the bus station, making travel very easy. There are plenty of games and activities, which made it enjoyable for both adults and kids. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very safe for families, giving us complete peace of mind. A special and heartfelt thanks to the Manager, Mr. Akhil 🌟. He supported us right from the beginning — from the initial enquiry to booking — patiently clearing all our doubts and giving us multiple room options. He also recommended great nearby sightseeing places and went the extra mile by arranging transportation, especially since language was a barrier for us. The drivers arranged were punctual and polite. Throughout our stay, Akhil was always approachable, smiling, and full of positive vibes, which truly made a difference. Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding hospitality. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend Fern Tree Resort to families and groups.

Unprofessional Management and Pathetic Service. "I stayed at Fern Tree Resort, Mananthavady, from April 30 to May 3, 2026. My stay was an absolute nightmare due to the unprofessional attitude of the management and staff. Here is why I wouldn't recommend this place. No Food Availability: For the first two nights, the dinner options were extremely limited (only Chapati, Porotta, and Chicken Curry). To make matters worse, on the third night, they told us there was no dinner available and we had to buy food from outside if we wanted to eat. This is unheard of for a 'resort.' Poor Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was of very poor quality and lacked basic standards. Negligent Housekeeping: After we complained about the service, the staff stopped cleaning our room. We went out for sightseeing and returned in the evening to find the room exactly as we left it—uncleaned and messy. Terrible Hospitality: Instead of fixing the issues we raised, the management’s response was indifferent and cold. A resort should provide comfort, but here we had to struggle for basic food and cleanliness. This place is poorly managed and definitely not worth your money. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere in Wayanad."
