They are alright and no over promises. Place is run by a bunch of professional and customer friendly people. Got a tv unit and a couch done and it was quite ok. Not the best but its alright. I had more work but the lead time is 12 weeks (which they mention before confirming an order) so i had to look elsewhere Y’all need more man power !

We got a couch for our home from furniture plus and the final product and the quality was better than what we had in our mind! They were so professional and was always a call away .. the finish on the couch was fabulous and we are extreamly satisfied with their service! A special thank you to Mr Abiman from the team for always being happy to help and attentive and for making sure we received the product before the estimated time 😊 i highly recommend this place to everyone thank you

Poor customer service. Samples were not available in the showroom although it was told otherwise. Delivery through PickMe and no responsibility from the company. ‘Take it or leave it’ attitude.
